I am so happy I got the team at Senso Design to do my project! Both my kitchen and bathrooms were old and required a lot of work and creativity, and now look fantastic! Gregory and his team worked patiently with me throughout the entire project as many un-expected changes were required. The project manager continuously monitored the work, visiting the site regularly, always available for a call, and always ready to solve issues with practical solutions. Before starting the work, I was provided with reasonable estimates and they worked with me to meet our budget without cutting corners. During work time, the teams arrived on time, were knowledgeable and experts on their respective trades, discussed every issue before proceeding to work, and were very polite, and nice to work with. The quality of the work is excellent. In summary, the team at Senso Design is trustworthy, knowledgeable, passionate and caring about what they do, and know how to apply practical solutions as required. I highly recommend them.

We were looking into a kitchen renovation and hired Mark for the job. We appreciated his clear and prompt communication and responses. We took some time to figure it out as we could not decide if we wanted to go open concept, but eventually decided to retain the wall, and Mark was patient through the process. The project went well and within expected timelines and we are very happy with how the final product turned out.

We chose Senso Design because my brother in law had his kitchen fully remodeled and we loved the way it turned out. So we decided to do our ensuite bathroom and convert and old washroom into a laundry room. Gregory and his team was very professional throughout the whole process and Gregory was on top of everything! We loved the way the finished product turned out and he delivered on all his promises. Feels like i'm going to a very high-end spa each time I step into my washroom now. Updated (Did another project with Greg) Had Greg and his team come and finish another room in the basement. Turned out amazing like always. Put in a new stream room and fnishes were flawless! Highly recommend.

Mark from senso design arranged a kitchen renovation for us including removing a wall. They did a beautiful job. Senso Design completed the job in just under 4 weeks! I am extremely happy to see how much it upgraded the space compared to the builder grade closet I used to have. I can’t thank Senso Design enough; specially the Senior Designer Polina I worked with in this project.

This was our first renovation and designing the kitchen. Senso helped bringing our vision to life. Our kitchen turned out so much better than I'd imagined and it's just how we wanted it to be. It's absolutely STUNNING Most importantly, their installer Oleg was so amazing installing our kitchen and so pleasant to work with. He really is the best installer I've ever met. He is genuine, hard working, detail oriented, focused.

We just completed a full demolition and re-build of our kitchen and dining room. Down went the wall and doorway of our two tiny rooms for a new gorgeous open-concept main floor. Mark coordinated everything, ceiling, walls, floor, cupboards, plumbing, electrical, even appliance installations. Considering carefully that the house is 80 years old, Mark and the technicians were appropriately mindful of potential issues or pitfalls which required analysis of the structure beforehand. Mark is a responsive and professional contractor. Communication was excellent. No worries about scheduling or "no-shows". Any differences or questions (and these will undoubtedly come up!) were quickly answered and solved. Thank you, Mark and crew, you guys are awesome.

Mark and his team are very professional. Designed our closets, pantry, and mudroom and installed it all within a week. Great workmanship and cleanliness. Would recommend to friends and family.
