Our Samsung fridge icemaker has been sketchy at best for 6 mos. We did all the recommended things by Samsung. Still little to no ice. We called We Fix It and spoke to Matt and Mustafa cam the next day as scheduled. He is a very pleasant and helpful young man who explained everything including pricing in advance. He pulled the fridge out and looked I all over and concluded it was likely the icemaker unit itself. While he called for the replacement item price I alsolooked it up on Samsung and it was exactly the same - no markup. He had it installed in about 30 minutes and it has worked great since. It also has a 12 mos warranty for peace of mind. Overall they provided professional, friendly service and fixed the issue on the first visit. I highly recommend them!

The tech was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He knew what was wrong with my refrigerator almost instantly. He said it really wasn't worth fixing, and he was able to make a quick and inexpensive repair to buy me some time to shop for a new fridge. I would definitely recommend this business to friends and family!!!

Matthew was able to come by the day after I called. He called on his way and arrived on time. He was friendly and we chatted about his business etc while he repaired the washer. I was able to pay with credit card and had my receipt emailed to me immediately. Very professional and highly recommended.

Kitchen aid washing machine stopped spinning. Part that cracked at the bottom of the machine was replaced, Machine is working well after the repairs.

Our fridge was having an issue with the temperature control. At our request for a service, Matthew came over as scheduled and identified the problem to be the starter unit malfunction. He replaced it with a new starter and our fridge doing fine so far.

Matthew came to diagnose the problem why my refrigerator/freezer temperature wasn't staying consistent. He determined the parts needed, I gave him the deposit and he showed up with the parts a few days later. On further discussion, he decided that replacement of the parts may not be necessary and he advised me to keep an eye on the temperatures that normally do vary as the refrigeration cycles change. He returned my deposit, saying he would hold on to the parts in case I did need them in the near future. I was really impressed with his honesty and integrity and intend to call on him in the future if/when I need a repair person. I definitely intend to recommend him highly to my friends and colleagues. Addendum: There was an issue that I did not receive my refund and Matthew immediately rectified the situation as soon as I contacted him. A very honourable fellow!

Washer Stopped draining after I tried to wash a rug in it. Mathew answered quickly, booked an appointment for the weekend, showed up on time and explained quickly what he was doing. Had the blockage cleaned out within half an hour.

Matthew was great, very professional. We initially hired another company that was very inefficient and unprofessional not with HomeStars). I reviewed a few companies on the HomeStars site and left phone messages with 3, including Toronto Appliance Pros. Matthew called back promptly and answered all my questions, and was able to give me a price on the phone based on my description of the problem. He was able to come the next day and fix the dryer, for the same amount quoted. Very neat and tidy. I highly recommend Matthew and his company, and will definitely be calling him for all our appliance repairs in future.
