Matthew responded very quickly to request. He phoned and we spoke about the problem and we were able to make sure he had parts necessary for the repairs along with him. The repair was done efficiently and quickly. Matthew was knowledgeable and I would certainly call him for any future appliance repairs.

I commend this appliance service technician for according me the greatest fridge repair I could find. When I noticed my unit sweating on the sides, I called them to see if it could be fixed. We agreed on the time that the fridge repair will be done and the repairman was there on time. He used the right tools and delivered outstanding results.

I used East York Appliance Pros for several years fixing my appliances at home and my rental units. They always answer and return calls immediately. Their crew members are very professional. I love the text message confirmation you get once you book appointment as a reminder. And then another text when job is finished to confirm any charges. This last time I used them, they worked with my renters and diagnosed it very quickly. They gave me an estimate for parts and labor to decide if I should just buy a new machine. Honest, lovely company. I will continue to tell my friends and use them in the future.

Excellent service! Would use them again. Our refrigerator was leaking copious amounts of water from the back. They sent a repair man in two hours (vs. the Jenn-Air offer of 5 days' wait). He identified the problem immediately, got the part quickly while I waited about 1/2 hour, and made the repair. He was knowledgeable, polite, clean, efficient, excellent work ethic, and a lovely attitude. Would definitely recommend them for emergency appliance repair.

My fridge was oddly clicking every 30 seconds or so... really weird and then all of a sudden the fridge stoped cooling!!! I called this company after finding them on homestars and they came out within 4 hours of my call and fixed it !!! All it needed was a new relay or something.... Thanks! Will definitely use again

Totally satisfied with the repair on my GE Dishwasher. The technician was able to quickly diagnose and repair the leak after another repair company could not. Very quick response time to my post and messages. Able to assess possible problems and gave min-max price. Our washer stopped washing/draining the water. Came assessed washer's current state and ordered parts needed for possible issues, which was most likely the lid switch and as well as the drain pump being broken or clogged. First the lid switch was replaced, then washer was tested, and miraculously our machine was working just find once again! Only had to pay for the first part and not worry about other issue that was prepared for. Highly recommend and will use again.

I have a washer/dryer 2 in 1 unit and my washing machine simply wouldn’t get rid of the water. The technician that came diagnosed the problem over the phone, picked up the part and he was out of the house 20 minutes after coming in. The problem was a broken door switch and it was replaced very quickly. The service was exceptional and most importantly very quick leaving me time to tend to my own day. I will definitely use again
