Arrived on time. Did the entire job quickly and cared about his work. His price was the lowest. Would recommend Vito.

I hired Vito to paint my condo and install peel-and-stick wallpaper. After struggling to find contractors willing to take on the wallpaper installation, I was relieved to find Vito, who was not only open to the task but also very accommodating—even though it wasn’t something he had done frequently. Vito and his crew were professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. I especially appreciated how he worked within my budget without compromising on quality. On top of that, I needed some moulding installed, and Vito generously offered to do it at no extra cost. He returned the next day with his tools and team, and the moulding was installed beautifully. His attention to detail truly impressed me—I initially thought I was the picky one, but Vito’s precision and commitment to getting everything just right exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Vito’s Renovation Company for anyone looking for reliable, detail-oriented, and budget-conscious renovation services.

I asked 3 things before Vito started the job, (1) do a quality paint job (2) do clean work and (3) complete the job on time. Vito went over and above and met all three of my criteria. I would highly recommend Vito for any home paint work.

Vito painted the front of the house, the porch and the soffits and facia. He started the job within a few days and finished it in three days. He was very polite and easy to get along with, and the house now looks great.

Vito was excellent. We had him paint the exterior of our home. The job was finished ahead of schedule and the work was awesome. We are extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend him.

Vito did a great job painting my kitchen cabinets. He was very helpful and good to work with. He explained the process clearly and outlined what I could expect. Vito and his team took on a challenging (unusual angles everywhere) kitchen upgrade with new counters, backsplash, paint, fixtures and plumbing, removal of popcorn ceilings and new paint throughout most of the house, refinishing of hallway wood floor and new lighting throughout the main floor, staircase and halls. Aside from the VERY reasonable price we were charged, Vito and his team completed the project in under 2 weeks, working quickly with minimum disruption and leaving our home tidy and clean after each day on the job. We are extremely satisfied with the end result. Our ceilings are smooth, clean and fresh looking. Our kitchen was beautifully updated and looks amazing. On a personal level, we found Vito to have a great attitude, always pleasant, humble and respectful, taking pride in his workmanship in every step of the way. We would not hesitate to recommend Vito's Renovations for any of your home improvement projects!

We are undergoing a massive renovation of our property in Etobicoke. The house was in good condition but a little bit outdated. Old flooring was cherry color and the stairs were wood color. We took off the old floor and installed brand new modern grey luxury vinyl tiles. The wood color stairs were totally off so we needed to sand and stain the stairs to match the new floor. The job was pretty difficult because the new vinyl tiles had a tone of grey and white so achieving that combination in the stairs was pretty challenging to not say impossible. I interviewed three different companies and Vitos Renovations won the contract. Vito was the only one who was up front and admitted the job was challenging but demonstrated his plan as how he thought he would achieve the color mix for the stairs. Everyone else was casual about the job. Didnt go into any details. They simply said: Leave it with us. We will get it done. That was not the answer we wanted to hear. We own a few properties and have experience with renovations so it is easy for us to identify talented and skilled tradesmen as we have had many interactions in the past. What was even more shocking was the fact Vitos pricing was by far the best of all. He is super talented and passionate about his job. He is quite artistic. Super polite, kind and caring. We witnessed first hand the complexity of the job. Anyone else would have just walked away. Vito didnt give up. He tried different techniques and the final product was just remarkable. The stairs have come out so perfect that they simply look like and extension of the flooring. We are thrilled and because we loved Vitos quality of work and the entire experience so much we then hire him to paint the entire house, paint all the doors, paint the new baseboards and the window frames. 5 stars are not enough to rate Vitos quality and level of service. We cant praise him enough for the fantastic job he did and most importantly for the entire experience from start to end. We feel very lucky to have met Vito and cant wait to hire him again for our future projects and
