    raccoon prevention

    mahamat was quick to respond, highly knowledgeable about aspects other than the raccoon prevention, fair priced. work was completed same day with a smile.

    Cage created for roof damage

    Mahamat, came over the morning after I called. I was so happy with how intelligent he was and new what and where the problem was within a couple of mins. He was very thorough and made sure there were no other problems with the roof and inside the attic. The price was well worth the service and the animals were gone within about 12 hours and haven’t returned. I would highly recommend his services -so professional and so kind as well!

    Great Service

    As soon as we heard 'the party' in our attic, I reached out to Mahamat (referred by friend). He booked the inspection ASAP and confirmed that squirrels and racoons had taken up residence, rent free, in our attic. The weather has not been on our side amd we had to wait for a few days to begin work (understandable as working on snowy/icy roof is not safe). While waiting for safer conditions, I messaged him almost daily about my fears! With each message I apologized profusely, he NEVER made me feel like I was bothering him, he actually thanked me for keeping him updated. He came out today and successfully (and safely) installed one way doors for our unwanted friends, and did some of the preventative work in -23 degrees weather! There is a bit more preventative work to complete, and no doubt it will be done soon. Thank you so much, Mahamat, for helping to keep me calm through, what I feel, horrific experience. I would recommend you to anyone that has to deal with wildlife in their home. 100% knowledgeable and great service.

    Squirrel Removal

    We would highly recommend Mahamat and K5 Wildlife Services. From the initial phone call to the removal of the trap door and patching of our roof, he was friendly, helpful and professional. With a tile roofed house, many companies will not tackle projects at our place. K5 was willing and very capable of locating the entry point, installing the trap door (without damaging the tiles) and returning to remove the trap and patch the hole. We are unwanted visitor free!! Thanks for the perfect service experience!!

    K5 Wildlife Services - Squirrel Problems?

    I was hearing noises in my attic but I ignored them (Don't do that!). Eventually, I thought it wise to hire a professional to help with with the issue and I'm lucky I stumbled upon K5 Wildlife Services. They were great! We talked. He gave me the options. He was transparent and helpful with his experience and insight. Everything played out exactly like he said. He would rid me of the squirrels in a NON-Lethal way and I wouldn't have to risk going up on the roof in the snow! It took a couple of days but all the squirrels eventually left my house to get food but they couldn't get back in. K5 even came back to seal my hole after the wild life was vacated. I would definitely recommend K5. PS. Squirrels can really damage your property if you don't take action on the wildlife. if the holes get bigger, you will end up with racoons and squirrels!

    Excellent service

    A squirrel was getting into our roof. Called k5 the morning after noticing the intruder and they had located the hole and fixed it by 1:00 pm that same day. Very quick and pleasant service.

    Bird Control

    Needed an emergency repair/plug to our wooden shingles after some birds had pecked a hole and were removing our insulation. Booked an appointment for within the week but when the forecasted weather changed, Mahamat called to recommend repairing earlier. Very professional and accommodating around another appointment I had scheduled. I was set up for his arrival and ended up happily signing my invoice within 30 minutes. Amazing!
