    Whirlpool washer/dryer

    Eugene was amazing he came to my house within a day of calling them and he was very professional and he got to my issue right away! He was very nice!

    Dryer repair

    Highly recommend EZ FIX Appliance Repair. We called them on Saturday when our dryer broke and Eugene came out Monday morning. He was very professional and was able to quickly identify and fix the problem with our Whirlpool dryer.

    Thank you Eguene & EZFix

    One night, Washing machine was leaking all the sudden. Next day, May 10th, call up EZFIX & scheduled an appointment with Eguene. 1. Eguene came on time within window promised. 2. Wore his shoes guard to keep my floor clean to get to 2nd floor laundry; 3. Then, check the washing machine step by step with care & found the leak in no time (I was in disbelief as it was too quick) 4. Fix the leaks & test the fix. 5. Gave me couple recommendations on possible improvement. 6. I thank him a Perrier & done in less than 20 mins Thank you Eguene! Regards, Josh

    Once again, excellence in service and quality repairs

    There is something special about a repair service that is reliable, efficient, precise, and courteous. I have used EZ Fix Appliance Repair for over 8 years now and I couldn't recommend the company enough. Aside from the excellence in the actual repairs and service, Eugene is an incredibly affable and kind person. He's also consistently punctual and incredibly accommodating. In a world where the supply chain issues of the world may only worsen, it's good to know that there is a repair service like EX Fix. Thanks again, for all your good work!

    Refrigerator/Freezer repair

    We were experiencing problems with the freezer in our refrigerator as water was pooling/leaking at the bottom Contacted EZ Fix Appliance via Homestars and was very impressed with both efficiency and professionalism shown by Eugene. Both my mom (who is a senior) and I are very happy with the results..My mom says it is like having a new refrigerator...high praise coming from her!! We can highly recommend EZ Fix Appliance repair (Eugene) to anyone who wants excellent service!

    Fixing dryer

    Great service. Was hard to do the job in such a small room. But electrician went above and beyond pulling out machines and changing parts in dryer. He worked very efficiently and I felt confident he knew what he was doing. Very respectful and the machine works very well now. Thank you for the great work.

    Great service

    Washing machine was leaking while filling. Called Saturday night and Eugene was at my house right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Very satisfied with the service and will call again for any future appliance issues.

    not responsible

    The technician broke my appliance while putting a screw. They did not take responsibility. Not happy!!

While it is unfortunate the dryer cover is cracked, it was cracked when our technician approached to examine it, and we've provided you with a 'before' picture showing that crack is existing.     Frigidaire oven repair

    Eugene was excellent in troubleshooting and repairing our frigidaire oven. He ordered 2 different parts and returned one to make sure that the repair would be successful. Always friendly and courteous and a true professional. Highly recommended.
