    Service

    Eugene was very professional in our dealings with him. He was knowledgeable in what needed to be done and was sure to communicate that with us every step of the way. He respected our home and adhered to Covid protocols. We are very pleased with his service, his fair pricing and would gladly call him again for any future repairs needed. I wish I could give him more than 5⭐️‘s!

    Replacement of freezer seal

    Eugene was fantastic! Very nice and knowledgeable. Prompt was in constant communication. I especially loved the reminder emails we received reminding us of our upcoming service date and time. I would highly recommend him!

    Crack glass stove top replacement

    Had a cracked glass stove top and tried to go through the official recommended service provider and realized that the review for the repairs and the price was much higher than I expected. After reaching out for quote with Ez Fix, I was happy with the initial cost and Eugene was quick and patient in replacing my glass stovetop. It took extra time due to being in a condo where the elevator wait time is bad but they did not charge me extra for the inconvenience.

    Stove and fridge repair

    Eugene was extremely professional and super knowledgeable! He did an incredible job fixing both my fridge and stove in one visit! I am beyond grateful and extremely happy he was able to accommodate me so efficiently. He has lifted a weight off my shoulders. Thank you so much for all of your help. Excellent service.

    Washing Machine Repair

    EZ FIX responded quickly to my inquiry and arrived the following morning. The diagnosis was done quickly and the repair completed within the same day once the parts were located. EZ FIX was very professional and considerate of my timing and schedule. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs appliance servicing!

    Oven Fix

    EZ-Fix provide a very professional service. They very quickly and efficiently diagnosed and fixed my faulty oven. They took care of ordering the necessary part which arrived in two days. I would happily recommend EZ-Fix without hesitation.

    Whirlpool Fridge fixed in record time!

    Eugene was very efficient in fixing our fridge that wasn’t cooling. Fast, friendly service and at a reasonable price...what more can you ask for! No surprise costs and an explanation of what was wrong was much appreciated.

    Diagnose washing machine problem and installation of new machines.

    We have used EZFIX before and on each occasion we have found them to be professional and customer-focussed. Eugene cares about the quality of the service he provides and the outcome. He communicates well regarding his ETA and arrives as arranged. He leaves everything clean. On this most recent occasion he came to repair a broken washing machine and informed us that it would cost more to repair than replace. We then engaged him to install the new washer and dryer we purchased. We will continue to us EZFIX for appliance repair and won't hesitate to recommend them to others.

    Prompt, Polite, Professional

    Eugene responded quickly to my Homestars request. He set an appointment immediately and arrived on time. He was vvery professional in his approach and repaired our refrigerator issue with skill. I would recommend his service highly.

    Fixed fridge

    Eugene was amazing! Found the problem, ordered the part came back next day. Fast clean and polite. Excellent service and even fixed my ice drawer that my teenage son jammed!!! I would highly recommend Ez Fix for all your appliance repairs:) I have already booked him to Instal a new gas range and I know he will show up on time which is very appreciated! Kris
