    Dog Gate

John did an amazing job with my small project of installing a dog gate. He was responsive to all of my requirements and completed the work quickly. The total cost was significantly lower then expected when compared to the ridiculous prices ($1000 and more) I was getting with other contractors. The quality of the build is exceptional. John's work truly speaks for itself and I wouldn't want to hire anyone else. I will definitely recommend to all of my family, friends and colleagues. Thank you.

    Outdoor railings

John from Elite Precision did an outstanding job on my outdoor front railings. He is a perfectionist and it shows in the quality of his work. John came over to measure the job and I could tell immediately from the plan he drew up that he really knows his trade. He's an exceptionally hard worker and completed the job in the pouring rain! I would highly recommend Elite Precision. Thanks John!

    Excellent job!

John was professional, courteous and honest. Due to covid, there was a shortage of materials. He was very honest and realistic with timelines. The work was done diligently and professionally. They even cleaned up and put our planters/decorations back which was such a pleasant surprise! There was a small manufacturers defect on the railing...John came back and fixed it, which is above and beyond expectations. Excellent job!

Easy decision to choose Elite among others.

Elite Precision was a great experience for us. He was sincere, professional, honest and trustworthy. Very easy to communicate with and his workmanship was impeccable. When installing our railings he was on time, efficient, and organized. He did everything he needed to do to make sure railings were levelled. Left the area clean and the railings looked amazing. His quote was also very competitive among other quotes. He priced the job appropriately, and delivered on his service. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Front porch railings & Jewel stone

John and his team did an awesome job! They are very committed to their work, the outcome is so beautiful and I’m so glad I chose Elite Precision Contracting. With this global pandemic, it’s affecting the whole supply chains in many industries and no exceptions for his industry. He kept me posted the status and material delays, as soon as the materials were available his team came by for installation and completed the job. Thank you so much for the great job and professionalism, will recommend to anyone who is looking for a contractor.

    Replacement entrance columns

After a long delay due to material shortage from the States, John showed up tonight. He kept me posted on what was happening throughout the shipping delays. That's rare. Usually you don't hear anything. When he showed up, I was thinking 'there's no way you're going to get this done tonight before it gets dark!' I was stunned. It was fast. It was professional and it looks great! I would call on John again for other work like this and would recommend him to anybody. Extremely pleased with the work and work ethic. Thanks John!

    Great work!

John was an absolute pleasure to work with - I really liked his speedy communication and always got back to me with answers when I had questions about the job. I hired him to do the railings for my parents house, he installed everything and was done quickly, railings are great quality, and most importantly, he has excellent workman-ship. Needless to say my parents are sooo very happy, and their entrance to the house looks unbeliveable. Thank you John :) Keep up the great work

    Patio railing

We hired John during this pandemic and with all going on, he was very patient with us and all my questions and concerns. He was very knowledgable on helping us when it came to deciding what we wanted on our patio. We went with glass railings and are loving it! He was extremely responsive and made the process very easy for us. He was dedicated to making us happy and worked thru the weekend to finish it! We are very happy and would recommend to anyone. Thank you John!
