    Leaked faucet

    I recently had their services I must say it was an amazing experience on my request they gave me a same day services and job was done very professionally highly recommended

    Kitchen drainage issue

    Very prompt service. Late hour service call. Staff dealt with the issue, fixed the clogged drain and replaced damaged pipe within half hour. Very professional attitude. Most important felt safe letting strangers in my home at that late hour in the night. I will always call on them and highly recommend them to family and friends.

    Professional & Efficient!

    We needed emergency assistance with a badly clogged kitchen sink, and Olegs team came to our rescue! They took great care with our home, covering the floor in canvas and plastic sheets and even wearing booties over their shoes. The clog was cleared quickly and our kitchen is once again fully functional. Highly recommend Rooterworx!

    Great job!

    I am highly satisfied with the service and workmanship of Sergio and his team. From the moment I placed the work order on Home Stars to the time they arrived at my house took less than 2 hours. They analyzed the issue and took care of the issue in less than 30 minutes. They were super clean, thorough, polite, and highly professional. They were also well priced, almost 30% less than a competitor who came out to quote the same job. Most definitely recommend working with them.

    Extremely impressed with concrete job!

    Our concrete garage floor had broken up and crumbled near where the garage door closes. I first put the job out on the Jiffy app but was dismayed when I saw the level of experience from those who responded. No such worry about Sergio and his team. They were phenomenal! Super experienced, super quick, and super clean. They did it properly, cleanly cutting out all the bad concrete, installing rebar, and pouring new concrete, even coming back a few days later to make cuts to allow for contraction and expansion. 100% would recommend.

    Clogged Drain Call

    Thank you to Sergio who came out to check out our clogged drain. He was extremely quick to respond and came out the same day to address the issue. Very polite, efficient, knowledgeable and does a clean job!

    Retaining Wall Repaired - Perfect

    Finally...found our go-to contractor. A retaining wall on the lower side of my parents' split-level home was caving due to lateral load and several concrete blocks had shifted. We contacted 3 different contractors for quotes. Rooterworx came in with the most comprehensive scope of work at a fair price. Most importantly their contract was straightforward and detailed every task to be done with no vague wording around extra costs to be determined after the work was complete. Their quoted cost was the final cost and they stuck to it. Sergio replied to all of my (many) e-mailed questions immediately. He and his team always showed up on time, were polite, knew their stuff, and did an amazing job from start to final cleanup. They even started and finished the job earlier than expected. We won't hesitate to call Rooterworx again for any future reno work needed. To Sergio and team - thank you for the fantastic work, professionalism, and transparency. We couldn't have made a better choice with this one!

    Drain camera and rooting

    Sergio and his assistant came on time and did an efficient job with the camera. He gave me options, and I made an appointment for my drain to be rooted to clear out the blockage. The worker who came on time and did an excellent job of not just cleaning the inside blockage, but he also did it on the city side as well. He cleaned up the work site after each job was done. They both did excellent work an I would recommend them to anyone as it was a positive experience.

    Snake/Camera for main drain blockage

    Sergio and his team came to service my drain blockage within a few hours of my call and came the next day to explain camera shots and how and where the tree roots were damaging my drain pipes. Sergio took the time to explain the problem in detail. Although he cleared the pipes of roots and the blockage. He also took the time to provide a quote for replacement of the pipes affected by root damage should it occur again. Sergio and his team were responsive, professional, polite and respectful. I will call him again and refer him without hesitation.

    Drain blockage

    Very Professional. was able to set a time on the same day... and was able to clear the drain within an hour.. would recommend this company for sure
