    Water/sump pump issue

    I highly recommend Rooterworx. I called and right away someone answered and Sergio came over same day! He looked down my drain and sewer cleanout with snake camera, and offered solutions to our issue. He was also patient and helpful answering all my questions.

    Fix Leaking Basement

    Had to remove and replace 300 lbs stones, interlock to fix crack in basement foundation. Fantastic Job by Oleg and team. 3 days - DONE!

    Snake the drain

    Efficiently fixed my issue, they were flexible in scheduling a time. I would recommend for quick jobs.

    Sewer pipe replacement

    Sergio was very helpful, timely and thorough in assessing the problems I had and worked with me to find a cost effective solution and educating/indulging me in the issues. He brought in talented plumbers who were able to finish the job in the time promised and left things clean. When I noticed something after they had left, Sergio came back and personally addressed the issue.

    Drain work in basement

    Older house with clay piping and tree roots were causing clogs. Sergio came out and did a great assessment (everyone else said all the piping has to be replaced) but he used different tools to actually find where the problem was and only replace that area which saved thousands. I didn't feel like I was getting gouged and when they were done the work the whole area was cleaned. Highly recommend for any drain work.

    Kitchen drain snake and power flush

    I reached out to Rooterworx to deal with a fully clogged kitchen drain. This has been a recurring issue for us. Sergio responded quickly to my inquiry over a holiday weekend. He provided a few options for my issue including prices. His team was on time and polite. The drain was heavily clogged but the team snaked and power flushed the drain until it was clear and cleaned up before they left. Thank you to the Rooterworx team for their timely response great work!

    Great service and professionals

    We are very happy with how quickly the team came and worked diligently to get our drain unblocked. They were courteous and true gentlemen. They put everything back as it was. I would highly recommend.

    Quick and efficient

    We had a leak in a pipe in the wall. They responded quickly and put a plan in action right away. There was a broken pipe in the wall. They found it quickly, repaired it and now we don't have any more water leaking through the walls.

    Drain cleared and repaired

    There was a flood in the basement and laundry room of our triplex. RooterWorx was at the house within an hour of my call, cleared and addressed multiple sources of blockage and backup in the drain, dug down to the foundation outside and replaced broken pipes. The crew was skilled, professional, thorough and fast!

    drain repair

    We contacted Homestars for a plumber to take care of our drain issue. One of the first groups to contact us was RooterWorks. Within three hours Sergio was out to access the problem. It was a complicated issue but it only took a few minutes for him to come up with the fix. His quote was fair and after we accepted it he had a crew out the next day. It was a miserable day but it didnt stop them from completing the work in good time. The issues was, as he said it would be. After correcting the problem they put everything back in place. We were completely happy with the work and if ever needed for some reason would have them back.
