Rooterworx did a fabulous job on both our 2 jobs. Sewer in my driveway and also finished putting up a retaining wall, team where very professional and accommodating nothing left behind cleaned up everything didn’t leave anything behind. I would recommend Rooterworx to family and friends keep up the good work.

Luke did an amazing job performing a drain camera inspection. The drain line was inspected with a CCTV camera and Luke explained the current situation of our sewer line. We wanted to inspect our drain line just to know the condition of the lines. The property is not that old, but we had a few backups in the past. I had an estimate for a plumbing project that I could not understand and a horrendous amount from a national chain plumbing company after a sewer back up and hydro flushing of the drain pipes. Being skeptical, I called Oleg for a camera inspection and a second opinion. After camera inspection, we learned that the national brand plumber did not do a proper job cleaning the pipes as parts of the pipes looked dirty. As for the big project of excavating concrete floor and pavement to in-ground pipes, they were all unnecessary work. We were almost fooled by the national brand plumbing company if not for Oleg’s professional opinion. He was very understanding, clear and professional. Definitely recommend.

UPDATE: The waterproofing work was done late in the fall. In the spring, the ground settled, and the membrane was dragged down and needed to be fixed. The owner of Rooterworx was contacted. He (Oleg) promised to come to fix everything but NEVER showed up. As this is an old house, the original weeping tile was (theoretically) installed between the house and the garage. We asked Rooterworx to go around the garage. The workers still connected the new weeping tile with a 'T' to the old clay pipe that went in between the house and garage, which turned out to be a HUGE mistake. Later that year we started the excavation for the addition in front, we found out that the weeping tile that went between the house and garage was never installed all the way to the front of the house. That means that the water was collected somewhere in between under the house. We contacted Oleg again asking that the 'T' connection that was installed had to be removed as it causes the water collection under the basement floor. He refused to discuss and was very rude. During the call, he also mentioned that the 10-year warranty he gave us is waived. Now we have to hire someone else to do excavation to remove the 'T" connection that should never be there in the first place. _______________________________________________________________ We purchased an old house that was in need of exterior waterproofing. We got a number of quotes from varies companies and Rooterworx (Oleg) gave us the best price. The team showed up on time every day and finished everything as anticipated. Oleg was very pleasant to deal with and addressed all our questions promptly and with professionalism. The 2nd time we call Oleg to inspect and locate our sewage line before the start of major renovation. Oleg came with his equipments, completed the inspection, notified us of the issues and suggested options of what can be done. We are pleased with the work and would definitely recommend Oleg and his team for any plumbing and waterproofing needs and we look forward to continue working with Oleg during our major renovation project this year!

We had a clogged kitchen sing in our townhouse. We tried a plunger to push it down, and had no luck. When we called Luke to help us out, he was very professional and arrived at the time we agreed upon. He managed to remove the blockage inside our drain by snaking. He was very informative and helpful. We will call him again in the future, if we have any drain backups. Very satisfied! Well done!
