    Foundation waterproofing

    We were pleased with the work done by Rooterworx. Luke was extremely polite and friendly from the beginning. The pricing was competitive as well. There were little hiccups, especially not being able to communicate with the workers that actually showed up to do the work. I would recommend Rooterworx for any foundation needs.

    Solved the problem (with minimal cost)

    The drain at the side of our house was backing up. I always get a number of quotes and everyone was keen to do a lot of concrete breaking, fancy new drains, etc. Oleg and Serge gave a fair price to snake the drain and run the camera. They were clean (arrived with booties to put over their shoes as they walked through the house) and they were very persistent with a tricky drain (turns out there was a rodent down there!). What I appreciated most was that they got the job done without encouraging me to do more than was necessary. I would certainly hire them again.

    Basement Waterproofing

    Very satisfied with the work done at our home. I highly recommend RooterWorx they did the job fast, with high quality and good price.

    Catch Basin repairs

    Although our front driveway was completed with interlocking brick throughout, the drain at the bottom was left completely open. This caused some of the interlock to collapse and the rainwater to begin collecting against the house. Oleg was the ONLY person who said he could fix both the drain and concrete repairs that were necessary. On workday, his foreman Roman took his time to discuss exactly what would and would not be necessary, and even how to maintain the drain post-repair. He took our needs into account and adapted the plan to suit us, rather than just moving ahead without consultation. The work was complete in a day, and Oleg reached out almost immediately to check in about our overall satisfaction with the work. I can’t thank the whole Rooterworx team enough for their help.

    Basement waterproofing and interlock repair

    We were very pleased with the workmanship for both the waterproofing of the basement and the interlocking repair done by Rooterworx. When we found flooding in the basement last March we were grateful to Oleg for coordinating the repair to waterproof the basement in pretty cold conditions by Dimitri. A few months later, he sent Vitaly to repair the interlocking removed during the digging. Both did an excellent job. There were some minor delays but overall we highly recommend this company.

    parging work

    After completing a pretty lengthy reno inside, we wanted to fix up the rear wall of our house with some parging. The old parging was coming off and the foundation walls were exposed, with a bunch of holes to the foundation below. We called Oleg, who has done work for us before. He sent Vitaliy to complete the work and he did a great job, he was clean, thorough and meticulous. We are very happy with the final product and it made such a difference to our back yard; we thought of the work as merely to stop water or bugs and pests from entering but it did that and is cosmetic. We were very happy with the work and thought the price was fair. I hope it stands up through the winters and years to come.

    Parging in back of house, outdoor valve replacement

    Luke and Vitaly were incredibly quick at completing some parging work to repair a concrete wall. They showed up on time, finished the work much more quickly than expected, and provided some helpful tips relating to some other questions I had. It was pricier than the other options, but I would still call them again. Lionel was super nice and completed some plumbing work to help me get the house ready for winter. We had a dripping outdoor faucet that also required an indoor valve to be replaced. He did both in an afternoon within a few days and in time to beat the cold snap. The cost was very reasonable and I would most definitely call him again for future plumbing work.

    quick response, and superb quality work/super neat too!

    A total blockage of your house drain pipe is not pretty (sewage backing up in basement drains, not able to use toilets or any water in house without making it worse) -- was highly impressed with the quick response within hours of my call for help even though called close to 5pm... They advised in advance of plan to try clear, if not look with camera (and able to watch along with them all the 50 year old clay pipe issues including several roots and a complete block under my finished basement floor. Options to fix clearly explained with quotes (chose replacing whole pipe given number of issues; 25 year guarantee) -- work then AMAZINGLY done in 2 days over weekend, despite involving removing furniture/flooring/breaking cement/digging/ removing pipe/permits/putting back cement/etc...) and so neat (used vacuums/plastic containment) that rest of basement kept clean, lawn looked undisturbed in 2 locations where dug, AND they prioritize fixing pipe so could use water/toilets again within hours of job starting! So far all is working fine, basement and yard looks like it did before the disaster, and throughout the process dealt with pleasant, reassuring, superb workers who did great work quick and neat. Would definately recommend.

    Concrete Foundation Repair

    I'd like to thank Luke and Vitaly from RooterWorx for the outstanding work they performed to complete my concrete repair project. The concrete foundation on both sides of my garage door began to crumble late last year due to the annual freeze/thaw cycles and I knew this job was going to be too difficult to complete on my own. After requesting a quote on HomeStars, Luke reached out to me, arranged a visit to assess and quote the job and scheduled the job within 48 hours. Vitaly is a true master of his trade and even Luke was blown away with his attention to detail. I'd highly recommend Luke and Vitaly to my family and friends for any of their concrete repair projects, thanks again!

    Drain Repair

    The guys did a great job within a short amount of time. They were extremely professional and understood what was expected of them. Overall, I am very impressed with their work and will contact them in the future when I need further assistance.
