This company exceeded my expectations in every way when it came to installing new windows in my home. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the installation was completed quickly and efficiently. The windows themselves are of excellent quality and have made a noticeable difference in both the appearance and energy efficiency of my home. Stud to stud multiple window replacement

Alex came to price up a quote. Very knowledgeable, polite and low pressure. His offering was exactly what we needed and competitively priced so we gave Falcon the order. Vlad and team did the install and impressed me with their good quality work and right on schedule. Now, nobody's perfect and occasionally something goes wrong. We had an issue at installation. Though it was very minor, It was the type of issue that separates the reputable companies from those who choose to drive away. I called Alex who understood the issue and immediately offered a solution with which I was very satisfied. It is rare to find a company these days who cares so much about their quality and the customer's satisfaction. Falcon showed me they certainly do. I would choose Falcon for all future W&D solutions and would be very confident in recommending them to anyone.

Window and Frame Replacement on my TownHouse

This was my first time replacing windows in my house. I saw the work they did on my neighbours house and was amazed. My neighbour spoke highly of the service and I had to try for Myself. Especially with the low amount of good honest contractor having my neighbours word was easier for trust. They came and quoted me ( quite honest and fair pricing ) and they order my window. I was happily surprised my order was ready and actually installed before the glass was suppose to arrive initially. Just want to say thanks for an amazing job and I have already referred my friends and family to use Falcon Windows. Excellent service and quality 100%

    WIndow Installation

Researched over 10 local window installers in the Vaughan/GTA area. Narrowed it down to three for estimates in the home. Andrew was the most professional and honest regarding the cost and types of windows available for my window layouts. Installation of the windows was wonderful and created no stress for any of the occupants in the home. I am delighted with the craftsmanship and will be reaching out to them again when I do my lower level windows. Falcons WD is an honest, fair, and respectful company. Thank you to all who were a part of the process in providing a solution to my deteriorating windows and window frames.

    New Windows

Vladimir from Falcon Windows recently installed all new windows in our home (17 of them). To say that Vladimir and his team did an exceptional job would be an understatement. Everything from coming out to measure and provide a quote, informing and updating us of when the windows would be ready, and the conversations throughout the install was remarkable. Having received 4 separate quotes from other window companies, Vladimir stood out as the most knowledgeable and trustworthy; his commitment to caring for our home and his business was very clear from the very beginning. After the install, Vladimir did a complete walkthrough with us to ensure we were happy with the work and gave us the opportunity to ask any questions. We cant thank Vladimir and his team enough for the incredible work!
