I have a very old Maytag washer bought in 1988. When it did not drain I phoned Loyalty Appliance and spoke to Sharon. I had thought it would probably be too old to be repaired. Sharon came the next day and immediately saw the problem. He fixed that issue and also another issue that he saw. He opened up the machine to show me how it worked and how I could keep it going a little longer. The price was so reasonable I was surprised. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and listened to what I had to say. I would recommend him to anyone needing repairs.

I took the oven door off in order to clean the dirty condensate that accumulated on the window glass. Being the handy type, I took the door apart without taking a video, and as I age, my memory isn't what it was, and couldn't remember how to put it back together again. Having Sharon here previously for our dishwasher malfunction, and then our front loader had issues, he was the first of mind to call. Since not all wall oven doors are not identical in construction, and not having taken it apart himself, he methodically reconstructed the door and installed it, and charged us only his base call-out fee. Needless to say, should my wife bag on me again to have her wall oven door cleaned again [yeah, right...], we know who to call first!

I highly recommend loyalty appliance repair ! I was very apprehensive about calling someone to repair my fridge, but I'm so glad I did ! I am so pleased with the professionalism, friendliness and service Sharon provided in fixing my fridge issue. I will call loyalty appliance repair for anything I need fixing in the future.

We had a problem with our range hood suddenly turning off, completely. The first few times this happened, we would give the hood a swift bang on the side and it would start again but within a few minutes, it would turn off again. Loyalty Appliance was recommended to us by a friend. Sharon was courteous and is very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose & fix the range hood problem. Sharon showed up when he said he would, got quickly to work on our dishwasher. The appliance was not working at all and was displaying error codes for 2 separate problems. I thought I would have to buy a new dishwasher or at least face a hefty repair bill. Sharon discovered the problem was a frayed wire hidden away inside the door. Solved both problems within the hour. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and really shows an interest in what he is doing. Can't recommend him highly enough. Gordon

I have called Sharon a couple of times, now, to deal with my tenant’s appliances. He is quick, reliable, gets the job done and is very fairly priced. I’ve got him on “speed dial” Meribeth

Sharon responded shortly after I left a voicemail asking for help with a 5 year-old KitchenAid dishwasher that was not draining. He was available the next day and gave me a 9am-11am hour window of when he would arrive. He let me know there was a charge for the visit to diagnose the issue but that the charge would be applied against the final bill if there were repairs. Sharon called the next day 20 min. before 9am to let me know he was on his way and he arrived promptly. He was courteous and polite and was able to quickly extract the pump and dislodge the blockage. He also explained how I could do the same if the problem occurs again. Overall, the service was on-time, speedy, and with a minimum of hassle. Sharon was knowledgeable and provide great customer service.

This was one of the best service calls I have ever had. Sharon showed me what was wrong, explained everything really well, showed up early and finished early. My quote was very fast and accurate. Great experience. I have recommended them since.
