    great customer service

    Called maple leaf locksmith Saturday to see if they can help with a sticky front door handleset latch. Gentleman on the phone said to bring lock into store for diagnosis Upon entering they had a look at the lock and lubricated various parts resolving problem. He confirmed all parts were in working condition. I would definitely recommend this locksmith for quick diagnosis and repair Lock is back to working smoothly

    Classic bait and switch pricing

    I messaged ahead to check for pricing for a programmable key for my vehicle. Price: $75 + tax. No problem. I drove to the shop, waited for 15 minutes for someone to see me. They took the key. I waited for another 15 minutes: the price was now $175. Reason given: "that key is difficult to cut". Well - the blanks for that key cost $60, and the cutting and programming itself only took 15 minutes (after they finally got around to it). At least now I have a backup key that opens and closes my van door and starts the vehicle.

    We give upfront prices to all our customers BEFORE we provide any service. $75 was most likely our price for a valet key without keyless entry, and you probably chose the keyless entry fob key which may cost more. Also, the cost of the part is not the cost of the service, some keys may cost $10 online, and the cost to program them will cost much more. We are still standing behind our prices and business integrity! You never provided any details about date and type of service for us to see what car or key this was, nor did you call or complain so we can actually check if we even serviced you as a customer

    Lost Ford car key

    I needed a key for my Ford Focus and received a quote from a Ford dealership in Toronto for close to $400. I decided to investigate other options and found Maple Leaf Locksmith on Google and noticed their service is Google Guaranteed. My husband went there this morning and had a new working key in hand in 20 minutes for a cost of $120. I'm retired so was very happy that I didn't have to pay $400 to Ford. Thank you Maple Leaf. You made my day.

    High Security Lock & Keys

    Excellent service. Prep work was done beforehand to ensure the service call was smooth and without any issues or hiccups. Maple Leaf Locksmith provided a quote and we were charged exactly the same amount we had agreed to on the phone without any surprises. We agreed to a timeframe and when they were running late, a call was placed to provide an updated ETA. They respected our time which is very much appreciated. Thank you Maple Leaf Locksmith!

    Keyless car FOB

    Amir, of Maple Leaf Locksmith, duplicated a keyless FOB for my VW. My original car FOB was returned to me changed, it no longer started my car as originally programmed. Amir told me not to worry about it. I drove my car for 10 days and the battery started feel drained, then FOB no longer worked. Called Amir to advise, said must be my car that was the issue. The same thing started happen with the FOB I purchased from him. Again called Amir, told must be my car but he would take a look at it if he had time to come by. Never came by. Next day, my car did not start, battery was fried as advised by VW dealership. Key FOBs checked by mechanic and I was told my original FOB and FOB I purchased from the company was incorrectly programmed. Not only did I pay for diagnostic fees, new battery, but had to get a new starter and electronic trunk latch. (Cost is now at $1,000). Amir did give me my money back for the FOB but will not take responsibility for his grave error. My original dealership FOB is also un programable due to his error and I am still living this nightmare as the mechanic believes there may still be issues. BTW, never have I had problems with my car until Amir screwed up the programming on the FOBs. I also went to a few mechanics for different opinions, all agree, error made by Amir which caused serious and severe electrical damage to my car.

As a highly reputable company we fully refunded you on the key that you purchased from us and let you keep it. Taking the loss on us. The fact that you have a bad starter, old battery and a broken trunk hatch has nothing to do with a new key being added, and therefore you are responsible for fixing your own car, not us!     REPLACEMENT CAR KEY / FOB / LOCKSMITH IN AVENUE ROAD AREA

    This locksmith provided prompt, fast and same day service in replacing my defective Car Key & FOB for my SUV. I obtained two other quotes and Maple Leaf Locksmith had the cheapest price - no need to go to the dealer and this was much cheaper than dealer's prices. Fast, friendly and honest service. Their quote for locksmith service calls is also very reasonably priced - especially for the area of Avenue Road & Lawrence Avenue and Yonge Street - they have a convenient location on Wilson Avenue. I will be using Maple Leaf Locksmith for all of my locksmith needs going forward - keep up the good work!

    Had a break in and needed a new lock on the door

    My house was broken into. Needed a new lock. Fast emergency service was provided. I didn’t have to wait long. The guy who came gave me many options and helped suggest what was the best most cost effective for me. Thanks appreciate the help and service.

    Making a motorcycle key

    Very friendly and honest man that was able to work with my busy schedule. Was able to answer all my questions and concerns with out any hesitation. Would be my first choice any time i need a locksmith service for sure

    Above and beyond

    The folks at Maple Leaf locksmith really helped us out when a family member had a medical emergency and their home was insecure because of emergency services forced entry to provide aid. The guys were very helpful and quick, we really appreciate what they did to help us out. Highly recommend this company.
