    Our AC wasn’t as efficient with cooling. They came and noted it was short cycling. He cleaned it and it fixed the problem. Appreciated the friendly and quick service.

    Blower motor had failed and I had ordered a replacement online. Waited for it to arrive only to realize this was the wrong motor. Given the age of the furnace and knowing the next probable part that would wear out and require replacement (beyond the blower motor) would be more expensive and difficult to do on my own, we ended up just replacing the 24 year old furnace. The price was reasonable (within expected range) and timing was amazing (from initial request right down to speed of installation ~ 24 hours)! We ended up getting a two-stage high efficiency Carrier.
