    Dave is a Superstar !

    We have had multiple issues w our Boiler (issue w MFG) and Dave has always been able to resolve the issues.

    Humidifier, smell in basement we though was related to AC

    Thorough and great work. Explained how the system works and what needs to be done. Identified other issues we were concerned about. Can't remember the exact cost. Above amount is estimated.

    New Bryant Furnace Instal

    Maintenance

    They were friendly, recommended a few things and were clean and considerate. They came in the alloted time frame and updated my account as needed.

    Oil to gas heat conversion

    Great owner and great company. Excellent communication at all levels from estimator to installers to owner. Cant go wrong using this company. Highly recommended!!!

    Replace the furnace and the AS system

    I honestly do not recall ever having a better overall customer experience from sales to installation than was realized with Arseneau. They delivered on all their promises and were on time with installation. I highly recommend them for all your heating and AC needs.

    Replaced electric fan motor in my heat pump.

    I was without air conditioning as the fan motor had died. I called around and everywhere else said I would need to wait 2 weeks to get a service call. Arseneau was able to arrive the same day I called. The part needed was on back order and the wait was expected to be 3 - 5 weeks, however, I was told they would keep looking to see if they could find something sooner. 2 days later they arrived, installed the new motor and my air conditioning has been working since. The servicemen were very friendly, explained what they were doing, were respectful of my home, and got the job done. Thank you Arseneau.

    New air-source heat pumps

    Replacing oil-fired furnace and HWT with air-source heat pump with propane backup and propane boiler.
