    AC install

    Had my AC and smart thermostat installed this summer. Dave and his crew were very professional, extremely knowledgeable and definitely went the extra mile to ensure I was 100% satisfied. In the future I will be calling Arseneau Home Comfort for any questions or concerns I have! Would highly recommend!! GREAT JOB!!

    Propane Furnace and central air, supply and install

    Arseneau Home Comfort was excellent customer service from purchase to installation. They used drop clothes to remove the old furnace and install the new one. Once completed everything was cleaned up. No mess, no issues, no problems post installation. I would highly recommend this company.

    New Propane Furnace Installation

    On a cold fall day my furnace stopped working. One call to Arseneau home comfort and I was immediately put in touch with Dave. That same day the problem was diagnosed, my old oil furnace was shot. The very next day Arseneau Home Comfort installed a brand new propane furnace and put me in touch with Chalmers Fuels for my propane supply. Could not be happier the service I received.

    Furnace

    They were incredibly helpful and understanding. They fit me in right away and even though we had an issue were only half the parts arrived they made sure to get the heat on and make arrangements to do extra work. Owner charged me for repair warranty work and was filing for warranty repair billing without even being open to giving the home owner a break on the labour costs even tho he was collecting on both sides. They take long and charge $350 for admin work driving and filing warranty claim paper work. He expressed how much work driving and getting parts and paper work. Be careful.

    Hello Kavan, We were happy to fit you in right away for your warranty work. We were able to complete the repair on the day scheduled and are not aware of any parts that did not arrive. You accepted our quotation to replace your primary & secondary heat exchanger under warranty, and were quoted and invoiced $600. Our regular fee for doing this work is between $1000-$1300. Regarding your comment to us collecting on both sides, I believe you may have misunderstood the warranty procedure. As a Bryant dealer the manufacturer provided you with the parts at no charge and us with $325 towards our labour costs on warranty work. These savings were passed onto you which is why you were quoted the reduced amount of $600. We are sorry if you believe this is unreasonable. To be clear we do not charge $350 for admin work.

    Remove old Air conditioner & air handling units, install new. Trouble shoot hydronic heating system.

    Installing new air conditioning unit (outside) and hanging air handling unit in garage with glycol heating coil. Arsenal is the only company that was able to trouble shoot and solve a air lock problem in my hydronic heating system. These guys are there when you need them & know what they are doing.

    Air conditioning

    Installed air conditioning unit. Very happy with the results and the work that was done. Everything was professional
