We were experiencing some water damage on our kitchen ceiling as a result of leaking coming from the balcony floor (flat roof) directly above. After receiving dramatically different quotes/opinions from several roofing companies, we had the good fortune of having Stepan come to our property. After carefully inspecting the balcony, Stepan patiently explained that the issue from our balcony was almost certainly a result of some gaps in the caulking, which we should rule out before diving into a bigger and more expensive repair. Stepan took care of this for us on the spot. He asked me to keep an eye on the issue and if there were any further problems, to contact him. I acquired Stephan's services in 2019. He installed roofing for me. His price was very competitive for highest quality material. I recently in 2023 called him twice to fix a shingle and gutter. He responded well and fixed them quickly within the warranty of roof. I highly recommend Well done roofing. Some people dont show up once their work is done but this team provides full support.

They replaced a flat roof for my house, ~6,000SF of roof as well as all the gutters. Stepan and team are great. There is no such thing as cutting a corner and they don't stop until you are completely satisfied. Top notch materials, very friendly and professional. There is no point in looking anywhere else for roofing work if you want the job done right and cost effectively.

My first contact with Well Done Roofing was during the spring, Vitaliy came within 5 hours of the call to replace the missing asphalt shingles that were blown by strong wind. I was very impressed with the quick response and very well done job. When I decided to change the whole roof I got in contact with Stepan who guided me/ provided me insights thru the whole process until I decided to have a metal roof instead of buying the best quality asphalt shingles in the market. The whole process was a great experience. They installed the exact underlayment I wanted, the quality of the metal roof was the best, the job quality was excellent and the finished metal roof was excellent too. I am very very happy with the project. I will never hesitate to recommend Stepan and his team for another metal roof project. Called a few companies and Well Done responded quickly. We had experienced water leakage in our home due to heavy rain and wind - and needed to have at least a repair done quickly to ensure our home was water-tight. Came within 2 hrs of the call, did a quick assessment visually from the ground and then on the roof and did a repairs to ensure our roof would be water tight, at least until we can replace the roof in the future.
