While I typically refrain from responding to reviews, especially negative ones, believing that everyone is entitled to their perspective. I felt compelled to offer some feedback this time. We reacted as quickly as we could to your discomfort and got a cleaning crew out urgently to make your environment safe for you. I personally apologized citing the lack of knowledge to this sensivity. We had put in air cleaners and barriered zones to mitigate these outcomes. From our perspective, you were on holidays a lot and when payment timelines and milestones were met we continued working without payment to avoid delays and when we asked for payment we were demeaned. Your indecisions and damage from your trades contributed to delays. You made us fix their work and not pay us. Throughout the project we endured consistent disrespect and untimely and incorrect payments, including our final payment, currently, being in significant arrears.
