Vo and his team renovated our whole house in just 3 months. He is easy to communicate with and is always available. He showed us the progress every step of the way. We were all very satisfied with his work. Our house looks brand new and modern. I definitely recommend working with him. He makes renovation feel easy.

Vo was recommended to me by a friend and exceeded all of my expectations. The customer service was excellent. He was always there whenever I needed him and addressed every issue that came up doing renovations. I am a busy professional and it was a relief that I could trust Vo and rely on his team to take care of my home while I was at work. My townhouse renovation was extensive and included: installing hardwood floors everywhere, tiles in entrances, stairwell for two floors, removing popcorn ceiling, painting the whole house, trims, baseboards, 2 full bathrooms, 1 powder room, full custom kitchen, installing appliances, plumbing and electrical, installing approx. 20 potlights and various light fixtures, installing approx 20 solid wood doors, and even a custom shoe closet at my request. Earlier in the renovation, Vo took me to see approx 10 stores for hardwood floors and I wanted something custom, so he helped me find someone to do custom floors for me which I loved - Arya even drove with me to pick the exact stain of the floor I wanted. I don't think I would have gotten this service if I went with another contractor. The only complaint I had was with the painters he initially contracted out who missed some spots, so Vo sent a new painter to fix this (he did a great job) and is not working with the former painters anymore to my knowledge. I've attached photos after the renovation was completed and 6 photos pre-renovation. I am very happy with my renovation job and I love my new home. Thank you Annex Homes!

Vo and Arya have done a great job in helping us renovate our suite in a 100 year old Victorian. They have been professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We opened up our living room, refreshed a bedroom and redid our kitchen and a bathroom. A renovation is no walk in the park but with Annex Home there with be few bumps along the way. Our initial project was changing our bungalow roof and ceiling into an A-frame cathedral ceiling with 4 skylights on the main floor. Naturally, we had a budget and asked multiple companies we had connections with to quote based on our architect's drawings. Some of the quotes we got were outrageously high and exceeded any budget plans we had in mind. We were also told a project of this scope would be very difficult and complicated and take months to complete! Then we tried HomeStars and Vo from Annex Homes responded promptly with a quote, came by, told us it would be no problem, would be done in 2 weeks, and was excited about the project and quoted very reasonably and within our budget. We were hesitant at first when looking through the perfect 5-star reviews - I thought maybe there was some catch. After Vo and his crews finished with the ceiling in a week as planned, doing more than we initially scoped out (not even charging us anything extra!), I was still waiting to see what the catch would be. Then with our leftover budget, we decided to redo our entire kitchen, foyer, hallway, a fireplace surround, painting most of the upstairs, and yet still no catch! Now his crews are helping finish a basement which another contractor ruined and abandoned. I'm still trying to figure out why Vo is so nice to us :) Vo is a blessing in disguise and if he's not too busy to take on your project, you will not be disappointed. It was fun working with him and he quickly becomes a friend. It's hard to find honest, reasonably-priced yet good quality people to work with in this industry who genuinely want to help you realize your dream renovation or build without losing your shirt, and I can only hope a cloning machine is invented soon so I can make a few more Vo's for our future reno ambitions and so the original Vo can finally get some rest ;)

Vo has been a thorough professional from the start. He has been very respectful in our dealings. While there are many qualities to talk about, here are few that absolutely stood out; Vo was involved on a daily basis to check the quality of the work and update on schedule, the crew cleaned the place at the end of each day, Vo treated his team members with care and if there was work that was not up to spec, Vo worked with the trades to correct it immediately. The initial scope of work involved kitchen and two bathrooms, I was happy with the work and extended the renovation to the rest of the house. We are very happy with the result and are confident that should any fixes be required, Vo will attend to those. It has been a pleasure to get work with VO and know him. I will fully endorse Vo for future renovations.

My wife and I are very satisfied with the service provided by Annex Homes. Our contractor, Vo, from Annex Homes was particularly helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I are living in Kingston so that we were a bit anxious and worried about not being able to be there all the time. We put our total trust in Vo on this renovation project and he certainly delivered. He went above and beyond our expectations. He and his team are very reliable. If we wanted some changes, he always complied. If he did not agree with our decision, he took time to explain to us and let us know of a better way, but he always listened and addressed our concerns. At the end, we are very happy with the outcome of the renovation and we highly recommend Annex Homes to anyone.

Kitchen renovation included flooring, Cabinets, counter tops, back splash, plumbing and lighting. We found our contractor Vo very knowledgeable in all disciplines. He is very professional, polite and pleasant to deal with. This includes his workers. He was punctual, met the dead lines and very particular in adhering condo timing and rules. He made sure he kept the place clean after each day's work. We faced no inconvenience to live in the unit during the renovation work. Very impressed with his job.
