Pros:
The crew did a decent job installing counter and sink. We are happy with the counter style we chose. Crew cleaned up and informed about timelines of letting it set.
We planned to replace the sink as well. Rep provided sink offers and we liked the options. New sink is much nicer than original
Technicians provided wooden cross brace for dishwasher tabs to secure it. I'm sure this may not have been part their responsibilities.
Rep did provide decent feedback and insight to assist our decision making. Samples were provided. He was pleasant and knowledgeable.
Selection of Quartz available from company was good and pricing was better than others
Old countertop was disposed at no extra cost
Cons:
Had several challenges getting someone to visit.
First time, rep was unable to make on agreed date and time - had to make next morning
Second time, someone was to come in evening for measurements -due to personal matters, visit was was 2 hours late
Third time, agreed time after measurements were taken for counter replacement - this was not propagated and we were asked to change time from morning to afternoon
Did not mention it yet, but after countertop settled, top edge of drawer for utensils is rubbing against bottom edge of countertop.
Will likely have to plane it a bit
Overall, the experience was average. We don't believe we are being fickle expecting punctual visits. It's likely other customers had visits on time and encountered no issues there.
Perhaps this was a one-off but we're just providing honest feedback on our personal experience. Communications initiated by company of any delay would have been nice.
We did spend some decent monies and had hoped visits were on the customer's terms.
