Very happy with Pestisect - so far!! We had noticed wasps going into the roof, just under our eaves. Jack was super responsive - on a Sunday too. We called around midday, and Jack was with us by late afternoon. Very up front about procedures and pricing (before booking and again before proceeding). Jack was prompt, professional and informative. We seemed to have a sizeable internal nest. Accordingly told the wasps would be gone for good in approx a two week period. One week in - wasp’s interest has significantly reduced (although some still keen to find an alternative entry point along the roof line (Jack did say his methods would attract and then kill)) hopefully another week and they will be gone completely. Jack’s policy included a return visit at two weeks if the first treatment was not enough (although assured it would be) and a money back guarantee.

Jack was quick to get back to me and was at our place within 48 hours. We have a bad Silverfish problem in addition to the common house spider and other little critters. While I won't really know the results for a few weeks, upon inspection of his work, he did a thorough job. I had wasp coming into my home with a nest on the eavesdrops but I could not get to the nest I called everyone to see if I could get them to come out and help another major company told me I had to wait 1 week for just them to come and see me that is after I told them I had a toddler and a newborn in the house then I called pestisect and they came within 30 min and took care of the issue no problem and very professional

We called Jack mid morning this week, to inquire about a bee/wasp problem in the backyard. He answered all our questions, so we made an appointment for the same afternoon. He arrived on time, explained again the procedure, the safety of the chemicals and the time needed to complete the job. He completed the job exactly as he said he would. Although he indicated that some bees would still come around, the bees are gone! We are happy with his work.
