I sent in my request for an appliance repair person and Sergei called me within the hour. I explained my issue in that my refrigerator was running very low and he offered to come same day which was great. He took the time to discuss my issues over the phone and was very helpful. He arrived on time and immediately took to diagnosing the issue. He had to get the damaged part replaced but actually got our refrigerator working for us to use temporarily while waiting for the damaged part to come in. This was very helpful. He said the part should arrive by Wednesday but he actually got it earlier on Monday and came right away to finish fixing the refrigerator. He cares about his work and provided excellent service and I would not hesitate to use him again. Highly recommended.

Sergei came and diagnosed the problem with my fridge. He gave me a couple of options and professional advise which I found very helpful. There was no pressure and he was super polite.

Sent out a work request on Saturday and Sergei responded in 5 minutes! He booked us in for Monday. He arrived on time, analyzed the problem, had the parts ready, job completed the job in an hour. His work is warrantied.

I took apart the dryer myself to try to troubleshoot but was unable to fix the issue or put it back together. Tander SE was able to finish troubleshooting the issue and repair the dryer with an onhand part during the same visit

Asked for help Saturday night. Got a call back right away and was told someone could be here Monday between 9:00 and 12:00. Sergei sent at text at 9:00 and said he would be here within 30 minutes. He arrived a little earlier than promised and diagnosed the problem quickly. Said he would have to get the part and be back in 2 or 3 hours. Again he arrived early and fixed the issue very quickly. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the device and the price ( the bulk of the cost was the part). Will definitely call Tander SE again.

Prompt service. Technician knew exactly what is the problem. Issue had been fixed right on. Also noticed that fridge door misaligned and corrected it too. I am very pleased with the service and the price.

My microwave stopped functioning and as it is one of the most used appliances in my kitchen, I was anxious to figure out what was wrong. Sergei responded quickly to my request and was at my place within an hour of speaking with him. He was very professional and polite. He quickly figured out what was wrong with my microwave and fixed it on the spot!! I was so happy with his work. I will call him again if I have problems with any of my appliances. I would recommend Sergei for your appliance repairs.

He was fantastic. Honest. On time. Worked clean. Pleasant. And the price was perfect!! I would only use him the future. I am recommending him to my family and friends.

Door wouldnt lock on washing machine. Called Sergei and he was able to identify the problem over the phone. Unfortunately the part was not available to pick up but he came anyway to see if he could fix it. Luckily he was able to isolate the issue and construct a fix for it saving me the cost of a replacement part. Will use again for other appliance issues in future

Sergei came, he saw, he had the parts in his truck, and he fixed my dryer within 45 min. of arriving. He provided an itemised bill and accepted all usual payment methods.
