    Perfect and Professional

    Very responsive, on time, clean and very helpful. I appreciated that he responded right away, gave me a time range, called prior to his arrival, arrived right on time and right within range, came prepared with his tools and when he entered my house he covered his shoes. He was very thorough and made sure everything was reviewed and covered before closing up and providing me with some steps on preventing the issue from happening again. It was perfect and Sergi was very helpful. My freezer is doing great and he just saved me $5K on replacing it.

    Washing Machine reapir

    This gentleman was on time, knew what the problem was, and gave me an honest recommendation to not fix as it would be too expensive.

    Refrigerator repair

    Sergei came to repair our broken GE Cafe fridge (in Newmarket area). From the beginning, he was highly responsive and easy to communicate with. He made it easy to book an appointment and arrived promptly. He was able to explain the issue, made money-saving suggestions and offered a service warranty. He is also easy to talk to and an all-round nice guy. Would recommend to anyone who needs a reliable repair.

    Honest, well priced and great service

    Sergei was wonderful to work with. He was right on time, gave me clear updates about the work he was doing and very well priced. Would absolutely hire him again for appliance repairs around my home.

    Fixed my dryer

    My dryer stopped working. Sergei came in and fixed it. Simple. Very quick and efficient. Thanks Sergei.

    Leak on floor from Clothes Washer

    Sergei was quick to respond for this service request. He was very communicative and specific on his availability. He arrived early with a call prior to arrival. He was pleasant, polite and addressed the issue by checking washing machine thoroughly. Despite the efforts there was still soapy water on the floor and Sergei returned to check the attached tube (which had no leak). I was satisfied with his efforts and the service. I would recommend him.

    Refrigerator repair

    He was on time, early actually and very professional. Price of repair was as he quoted, no hidden cost. Highly recommend him and will definitely call him again if needed.
