    Repair of old washing machine

    Over 27yr+ Maytag washing machine was leaking. Called Sergei after seeing his great Homestar rating. Very prompt response, showed up same day to diagnose issue. Issue was if could find the part-was successful but part that was for newer model but he figured out how to make it work!! So pleased with his keenness to solve our problem. Very punctual, friendly and would highly recommend his work!!

    Wall microwave oven repair

    He is very professional and easy to deal with. Even with our very hectic schedule, he was still able to find time and finish the job as promised.

    GE STOVE- Cracked Glass Top

    After posting my request, within minutes I received a response from Sergei. After a quick chat, he provided a quote and booking dates. minutes. Professional service. And great customer service. He text me to inform me that he will be arriving in 25-30 minutes. During the repair, Sergei took the time to answer my questions. And cleaned up the work area. I was so impressed with the service. I will definitely contact Sergei for future repairs. Stove looks brand new. Thank you so much, Sergei.

    Dryer Repair

    Our dryer was broken as it was not spinning after we turned it on. We contacted Homestars and Sergei responded immediately. He came the following afternoon as promised and quickly diagnosed the problem - broken belt. He replaced the belt promptly and now the dryer is functioning without any problems. We're very happy with the service that Sergei provided and when we asked him questions about a couple of our other appliances, he was helpful and knowledgable. Thanks for your help Sergei!

    Fridge repair

    Fast and reliable service. Knowledgeable technician. Solved complicated noisy problems after I described a noise fridge was making. Very friendly and professional. 100% recommend

    Washing machine repair

    Sergei was very nice and easy to talk to. Came to diagnose the problem next day and within 10 minutes knew what the problem was. Day after Sergei got the part needed and fixed the problem with my washing machine. Highly recommend as he will easily help you and is extremely nice to talk with.

    100% Would Reccomend

    Sergei was very very professional. He knows his stuff and was able to find a part for an old Maytag washing machine. Showed up on time, cleaned area after finishing job. I am passing his contact info to friends and family who need any kind of appliance repaired. Top notch service received, which is SO RARE in todays world. Thank you Sergei so much!! I would highly recomend Sergei for appliance repair! So happy!

    Fridge Repair - Excellent, Honest Service

    My Hisense fridge broke down and Sergei was able to come by pretty quickly to look into the problem. I found he was very helpful in outlining possible ways forward, so I could make an informed decision. He was able to diagnose the problem with my fridge (a faulty controller) pretty quickly and he was able to replace the part to bring the fridge back to life again. He stuck around for a while after the fridge started working just to make sure everything was working fine, which I thought was a nice touch. I would highly recommend reaching out to Sergei for your appliance repair needs. p.s. the noted approximate cost includes the cost of the replacement part. Diagnostic fee was included in the labour charge, which was reasonable based on my research.

    Excellent Service from Sergei

    Had an issue with a washer. I called Sergio based on the reviews here. He was pleasant and clear in communicating how he delivers his service. From that moment to the time he diagnosed the problem to the time he completed the work successfully, he was pleasant, respectful and professional. Based on my experience, he does what it takes to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently for his clients. Would recommend him to other home owners looking for a honest appliance technician. Will call him for any future appliance repair services.

    Great all around service!

    Sergei knows his stuff! 12 year old Inglis clothes dryer wasn't producing any heat. Found Sergei on here and the reviews convinced me. Explained the problem on the initial call, answered my questions and he set expectations. Called 1 hour before arrival to confirm. Diagnosed the problem and before proceeding with dismantling the heating element housing he called me over to explain the most likely cause of the issue. Took it apart and discovered the element snapped as he suspected. I went with the replacement part he already had rather then ordering the expensive manufacturer part requiring a return visit. Bottom line: Communication, skills (customer and technical) and a fair price were top notch. He's my go to guy if needed. Thanks again Sergei!
