Moose Condo Reno reviews (44)

The Bathrooms look great. The Project Manager Alex was very helpful & the individual Contractors were skilled & very neat. We are happy with the entire project.

I was very happy with the renovation. The project manager, Gary was there all the time and kept in contact with me daily. He always responded to me right away. They completed the job within the time frame given and I would highly recommend them

Me and my sons very happy with this project. Moose Group exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, professionalism, honestly and work ethic. Igor and his crew did a complete townhome renovation for me, including plumbing, gas lines, electric, construction and more. The work is masterful. Igor is an artist. PLUS--- the price was incredibly fair. I will definitely recommend Moose Group to everyone who needs any type of work done at home. I'd give six stars if I could.

This team is fantastic! They are currently in the process of renovating my condo. All along the process, the team has been incredible with communication. Overall, extremely organized, fairly priced and reasonable timelines. Would recommend to anyone seeking a renovation.

Moose Group remodelled 3 bathrooms and our kitchen. They were professional and committed to the project. The scope of the work was detailed and costs were transparent. C, our site manager was wonderful. He always answered our questions and we felt we were always considered. We felt lucky to have him steer the project. The owner, was also on site often enough that I new he was very invested in the progress and the overall success of the project. I am pleased with the professional finish of our rooms. There were some small delays due to materials and labour - some due to pandemic - but the project was 95% finished at the agreed upon timeframe. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

In late 2021, my extensive condo renovation was finished and was able to finally enjoy my new home. It was a full gut job and reimagining of a very dated 1,400sq unit. Fast forward 11 months later and the real reason for this review of Moose. A few weeks ago, I noticed my hardwood floor buckling which appeared to be water damage. I have to admit, Ive heard horror stories that once a contractor finishes a Reno and has all your money, it takes ages for them to return or even worse, never to be heard of again. This couldnt have been further from the truth with Moose. After calling Steve, it was only a couple of hours before Alex came over to assess the situation. He was able to figure out the problem and immediately arranged for a plumber to come. The remaining scope of work included removing and replacing the 5 damaged hardwood planks, repairing the drywall, plastering and painting the affected areas in the bathroom & bedroom. The painter even re-caulked and painted my living room valances that had been affected by expansion & contraction. The workmanship by the plumber, flooring guys and painter was fantastic. I expected the coordination of the trades from their busy schedules and getting the work done would have taken months but it was only 2 weeks. Mark was in constant contact and ensured everything was expedited. I even received a call from Steve on a Saturday checking in to see if I was happy with the progress. Its one thing to find a great company to entrust your Reno which Moose is but the true measure is how they treat you AFTER the work is done and have been paid. I highly recommend Moose, and a special thank you to Mark, Alex & Steve.

We were glad to select Moose Group to perform the renovations at our condo. We needed a whole renovation at our recently purchased condo - kitchen & bath remodelling, painting, popcorn ceiling removal, sliding door installation, and pot light installtion. They were professional right from initial site meeting to final completion to ensure our vision for renovations were successful. Having an experienced renovation company that specialized in condo renovations was comforting in adhering to specific condo rules and coordinating all the logistics. It was a pleasure to work with their sales & estimating team, designer, project manager, and owners. They were responsive and courteous addressing our concerns. Some changes made to the scope of work did cause some delays and in obtaining some materials, but overall we are very pleased with the results. We highly recommend Moose Group for your renovation needs!
