    Cold Room quote

    I called and made arrangements with these guys one week ago. I was able make an appointment promptly. The inspector came over exactly at the time I had scheduled it for. Very professional individuals working for this company. I would most defenitely recommend these guys.

    Water Damage

    SERVEPRO of Richmond Hill was called for a major leak at our basement on March 2020 and it was a great experience. While I was busy with insurance adjuster, They did above and beyond a normal restoration scope of work to make sure our place was ready for contractors to get started on renovation. The team responded quickly, took all emergency measures (cutting and opening walls/ceilings to dry out), protected undamaged areas and cleaned after they removed all the demolished debris. Highly recommend them if you need a fast and professional service with minimum involvement at your side.

    Mold removal

    ServPro's service was excellent from start to finish

    ServPro's service was excellent from start to finish. They came in our condo on Aug-2019 promptly to inspect our water damage on the ceiling and walls of our bathroom and floor laminates of the salon and then completed the restoration in the time frame they had estimated it would take. Quality of work was great- unable to tell where the damage actually occurred. ServPro representative was knowledgeable, respectful and performed meticulous repair. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

    Mold Remediation

    Servpro team was so knowledgeable, punctual and clean in completing my project. We had two rooms and a bathroom in our basement impacted by humidity and mold. They masked all affected areas to ensure cross contamination does not happen. They cleaned and disposed all affected materials, including drywall and flooring. Their reconstruction group were amazing to work with, the quality of job is outstanding. Thank you Servpro of Richmond Hill for a job very well done.

    water damage restoration

    Servpro Newmarket did a great job on repair and restoration of basement of house that was damaged by water flodding. They had a great management and technical team to deal with my the issue and I highly recommend them
