    Highly Recommended

    Our 5-year-old Whirlpool refrigerator stopped working a week ago. For a service call from a Whirlpool-assigned technician, we would have had to wait four days. I contacted Gold Star, and Maor came to our house a few hours later. Maor quickly diagnosed the issue. With a simple and inexpensive fix, he was able to get the refrigerator running well again. I believe that someone else may very well have insisted that a much costlier repair was required. We had also had problems with this refrigerator making loud noises pretty much since purchasing it. A Whirlpool technician inspected the refrigerator shortly after we purchased it and he told us that there was nothing wrong with it. So, we have lived with the irritating noises for five years. A week has passed since Maor serviced the refrigerator and it is still running well and it has been quieter than ever. I consider Maor as knowledgeable, honest, and wanting to do what is best for the customer. I will certainly get in touch with Maor again for any needed appliance repairs, and I do highly recommend him.

    Dryer repair

    I phoned bc my dryer stopped working called on Sunday. Response was immediate and polite. Made an appointment for Monday morning. Maor arrived on time was polite and knowledgeable he diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. Return on Wednesday cleaned and repair dryer brought it back to new condition. Very efficient. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this company

    Fridge repair

    I called this Company today and they arrived in couple of hours. Maor was very professional , and solved the issues with the water drain quickly. He advised me of few options and gave me the best cheapest solution for the fridge repair. I will call them in the future with every appliance repair I may have.

    Great service! Very efficient and fast, reliable and honest.

    I called the company and they respond immediately. My dryer was making very loud noise, the technician came the same day and diagnosed the problem right away. He than recommended to change a complete set of parts so that the machine will run smoothly for the next years. The next day he came to change it and thoroughly cleaned the machine and the duct. I’m very happy with the results. Pictures before and after.

    Great service!

    Maor was quick to respond, order the part we needed and keep our dishwasher going. Big cost and time savings over a new one right now. Very honest, likeable guy who shows up when he says he would and only changed the part that was needed. I would get his help again and would recommend to anyone.

    Fridge Stopped Working

    We realized our fridge had stopped working and both the freezer and fridge compartments were warming up. I used Home Stars and received a call back from Gold Star appliance repair. They sent a technician named Maor to my house. Although it was his last call of the night, he recognized the urgency we were facing with not having a working fridge for the holidays. Maor first diagnosed the issue within minutes then offered to drive 90 mins to pick up the part in the snowstorm. He worked late into the evening to fix our fridge . He went above and beyond my expectations. Just an outstanding experience.

    Dryer Repair

    Called for a dryer repair, they were able to respond timely and charged for a service fee. Since the repair was for a tenant, I’m not sure exactly what was changed but it seems like the dryer is working now.

    Outstanding and Honest service!!

    We have used Gold Star many times now, and each experience has been terrific! Maor is very professional, courteous and prompt. Recently we had a dishwasher leaking in our new house, Maor quickly was able to diagnose the problem and fixed my dishwasher right away. We've recommended them to many friends and will continue to do so.

    Best service ever!!!!

    Gold star appliance repair is amazing and truly the BEST! Specifically, Maor, he is super reliable, trustworthy and does the job! If I ever have issues again, I’ll definitely call Gold star appliance repair. 1000% recommend!!!

    Appliance Install

    Called on an emergency basis as retailer installer cancelled and the water was shut down in my house. Gold Star was able to come to my house within a few hours. Install done very well, efficiently, etc. Also completely cleaned up all wrappings, foam, floors, etc. Very tidy, very efficient, tested to make sure no issues. No complaints. Ask for "Mor". Very professional. Thank you.
