He spent 1 hour analyzing the problem and reported the machine was no repairable. The technician was pleasant & curtious.

We had a problem with our induction stove. They were very helpful and communicated with us the entire time and we felt the price they charged was fair for the service provided.

Technician came in and diagnosed the issue on our fridge right away. Service was prompt and cost was reasonable.

Repair household appliance
The technician who visited us just spent 10 mins on the machine and most of the time he was just staring at the machine and diagnosed the issue as a Faulty Motor even though the machine rotates the drum. Asked me to reach out to Maytag since they have 10year warranty on the motor. Maytag wanted a written piece of paper saying it was the Motor and Fixify application charges extra for that and they wanted another 400 just to replace the motor. By this time I lost trust with Fixity and Payed a 149$ flatrate to maytag for another diagnosis and the Maytag technician said it was the transmission. I was charged for a complete wrong diagnosis and they planned to charge me more. Honestly Call the manufacturer and get the flat rate it is much cheaper if u r going with the repair.

I’m extremely satisfied with the repair service! I contacted them during the day, and they were able to come the same evening at 9 PM—such amazing efficiency! The technician arrived on time and fixed the issue with our stove in about 30 minutes. Fast, professional, and reliable. I’m truly grateful for their dedication and highly recommend their service to anyone in need of quick repairs!
