Review left on 26 Feb 2025Rating: 1 out of 5Repair household applianceI would not recommend this company.The manager sent a technician out since our dishwasher was not fully draining. After checking it out, the manager called me and said it required a new drain circuit and pump. However, we had previously checked the pump and saw that it was still working so assumed there was most likely a clog. We were quoted $450 plus tax which seemed outrageous. We told the manager the pump was still working but he was adamant that it needed to be replaced. It's also strange that all of the communication happens through the manager and not technician. We declined the service and paid the $50 service fee. We then had someone else come in to checked the drain and found an olive pit which was causing a clog and the water to not drain completely. He removed the clog and only charged $150 for everything. Save your money and go elsewhere. Not sure how they have such a high rating, it seemed they wanted to take advantage.Answer from pro:

Review left on 13 Feb 2025Rating: 1 out of 5Repair household applianceI had a small issue with my washing machine and contacted Fixify, speaking with someone I believe was Hussam Moslmani. He said he will send a technician between 1 and 5 PM, which he changed in the afternoon to 5-8 PM. When the person finally arrived, all he did was repeatedly run different wash cycles, even though I informed him I have already tried that. I was then told that the machine's electric circuit was faulty and it would cost me $480+tax to repair this. I knew this was not correct and suspected I was being scammed, so I declined to approve the repair. At that point they asked for $80+tax for a callout charge despite us having agreed to $50 beforehand. They finally agreed to the previously agreed $50+tax. The next day I called another person who simply turned the electric supply off and then back on again, which fixed the problem in 2 minutes with the only charge of $50, as opposed to Fixify talking about electric circuits and trying to charge me about 10 times more.Answer from pro:

Before arrival technician confirmed I could assist with lifting the dryer down. No issues, completed job in 2.5 hours. Dryer working fine now.Answer from pro:
