    Worst Job Ever!!!

    We hired Sam to install our new dishwasher. Although he asked for a higher price than all other contractors, we hired him because we figured he will be good. Once he arrived and saw our pipes, he said he doesnt do plumbing. We suggested to stop the contract but he insisted of doing it. During the work, he tried charge us $83 for a hose which could be purchased for $20 at any store. Long story short, at the time he was done everything he could do, the dishwasher still didn't work. We offered to pay him partially for the half job he did but he wouldn't leave till we paid him in full. We offered to pay him through e-transfer but he wanted cash. We gave him two $100 and one $50 bills but he claimed we only paid him $200. We wrote him a very negative review. He responded with the promise of refund us partially. We later contacted him for the refund but he insisted that we need to remove the negative review first. So we contacted Home Star to remove the review and tried to contact him again for the refund. He hasn't answered or returned our calls.

    Nightmare Dishwasher Service

    Overcharged me for a dishwasher service, not mentioning it may need further parts down the line. I would have just replaced the dishwasher instead with that information. Dishwasher stopped working again after two days. Sam refused to work with me to fix the situation. Charged me 315 for 30 minutes of work and my dishwasher worked for two days.

    Washer repair

    Fixify technician came in and did the repairs quickly. It went very smooth and they even cleaned up the place.

    Dryer installation

    Fixify technician was called and helped us to install our new dryer and already has some parts ready to install. Will recommend them to other people.

    Dishwasher repair

    Fast, friendly repair service has the machine running like new. Issues primarily due to leaking I believe around water pump.

    KitchenAid Refrigerator Repair

    Great service. Contacted Appliance Repair Fixify late on a Thursday night and Sam fix our fridge quickly. And save us a lot of money without changing any parts. Would use them again.

    Dishwasher Repair

    Fixify tech helped us in fixing our diahwasher. We were having issues for a long time but it was not getting fixed. The tech came within couple of hours and fixed it same day. I would recommend the company to family and friends as well. Thank you.
