Professional and honest service. Performed a very thorough disinfection of the office space. Was very impressed with the attention to detail. The cleaning personnel were punctual, attentive and very courteous. This was a great experience. I would highly recommend this company.

GREAT SERVICE. I needed a rental cleaned/prepped for new tenants and was working with a very tight timeline. Flores Cleaning service showed up and got the job done!! Everything looked amazing and I was very proud of the way the house presented, when I handed over the keys to the new tenants . My new go to cleaning company for all future jobs.

A friend was moving out of his apartment & needed it to be cleaned when we were done getting his stuff out, so I took it upon myself to find a cleaning company to do a “move-out” service. Not only is Flores basically the only company that cleans on the weekend, but they were extremely accommodating when it came to booking & the invoice. They did a phenomenal job & we asked them to clean inside the appliances - which is no easy feat - & the “before & after” pictures they sent afterwards were incredible. ...all at an insanely reasonable price! Customer service was really great, as well. Always kind & quick to get back to you. I’d certainly recommend them to anyone for everyday cleaning OR move in/out cleaning!

When I decided to rent my condo, I saw a diamond in the rough. I had to look beneath the heavy layer of grease and grime, but I was confident that with a little elbow grease I'd be able to make it shine. Of course, I hadn't counted on breaking my arm, so I suddenly found myself scrambling to find someone to clean my new home. Since I wasn't just moving to a new condo but also a new city, I was also concerned about finding someone I could trust. So with heart in hand, I called Mazin at Flores Cleaning. I was encouraged by the fact that he was responsive, quickly replying to my texts and calls. He was equally accommodating when it came to providing an estimate, doing his best to work around my schedule so that he could visit and assess the unit; and he worked with me to make sure that he provided for my needs, while also respecting my budget. As we discussed the timing, I sensed a strong commitment to customer service as he assured me that he wanted me to entrust all the work and worry to him so that I could focus on my move. Even so, sometimes companies pay lip service to their claims, but you don't really know how things will pan out when it's time to deliver on those claims. I can't tell you how happy I was when I saw my new home after it had been cleaned. I didn't have to look through the coating of grease, grime and dust that seemed to have been everywhere. From my appliances, to the back splashes, cabinets, counters and beyond: Everything was gleaming. My condo is a loft with exposed duct work, and even that had had a thick. dark coating of dust, but not after the cleaning crew got their hands on it. The pipes were so clean, they looked as if they'd been painted. They did an incredibly thorough job, and I no longer had that icky feeling you get when you're afraid of accidentally leaning on or touching a surface for fear of what might be there. It never feels good to be in a dirty environment, but it's infinitely worse when it's someone else's dirt. Seeing splatters and stains on cabinets and not knowing what they are or how long they've been there just makes it harder to deal with. It felt wonderful to have it all magically vanish. They did an incredible job. I've posted pictures of the after shots. I only wish I'd taken the 'befores' because it was cringeworthy. Flores Cleaning came through, doing an even better job than I asked of them. They completely exceeded my expectations. In fact, they cleaned my home as I would have. No, better. I'm not sure how I would have managed the duct work. It's obvious they take pride in their work, and I will use them again.

Deep cleaning the kitchen, fridge, stove and surrounding area. In addition, wall, floor and cupboard.

I have been looking for a team to do a deeper clean (than I normally do) every couple months. Flores agreed and did their first cleaning today. I was very pleased by their attention to detail while here. They did all the standard items such as dusting, bathrooms, floors and also cleaned baseboards, window sills, as well as wall, ceiling and floor vents. I also really appreciated their responsiveness to my inquiry and their clear communication about costs, dates, times, etc. Karen and Mizan were very polite and very nice to deal with. I will definitely be calling them back.

Mazin and Karen and their team were amazing. We are very happy with their work. We had a top down renovation that required a top down thorough cleaning, and they delivered. Not to mention they were prompt in responding and accommodating with our schedules. We will use their services again and highly recommend them!
