Work was done timely and in an efiicient and professional manner. If there were issues that came up he would let me know immediately and always gave me options on how to move forward. He was polite and clean in his work area. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs any sort of tile work done!!

Would highly recommend Romeo to complete any tile work. He was very professional from start to finish. He asked questions about our preferences that I had not even thought of or considered. He offered his advice when asked - which was very much appreciated and helpful in our decision making. He answered any questions I had about the job throughout the whole process. He arrived on time every day and completed the job on time. He even covered all the floors for us once he was finished so we could bring the drywallers in right away. We are thrilled with how the bathroom and laundry room turned out. Will definitely have him return for future tile work.

Romeo does incredible work - very precise - treats the project as if it’s his own home. Gave excellent advice throughout the project. He is an excellent communicator before, and during the project. He lets you know when he will let you know by and shows up at the time he says. He is a craftsman! I HIGHLY recommend him!

Romeo did an amazing job removing my prior backsplash, and installing the new marble. It looks perfect!

I found Romeo on HomeStars and had him come over to look and quote the work to be done. We agreed on a price and, although he was busy with other work, was able to fit my project in to his schedule. He was quick, clean, showed up on time when he said he was going to, and his tile work looks great! I have no hesitations about recommending his skill and will hire him again for upcoming tile work.

Romeo did the work on Saturday because of his busy schedule. The job was done nicely in one day. The quality is beyond my expectations. He kept the working area super clean. Very detailed person. I would definitely recommend him for any tile work.

This is my second time Black Sea Construction INC did the tiles on my second washroom for this summer 2021 and I’m so glad Romeo was available even in a very short notice. We all know summer is the most busiest month for all construction and making you as one of the priority, it is one the best part. Being on time, organized, attention to detail and mostly his skills is one of the most wonderful things I’ve noticed on every job he do. His work of hands is the finest things you’ll ever see. In the end it brings enjoyment every time you walk on it. A tap on his back for a job well done. Thank you so much Romeo.

Romeo has done it again! The tile we chose looks so beautiful in our half bath and laundry area. He is professional, fair, friendly, easy to work with and does the best work I have ever seen. I would never call anyone else.

Romeo is the best. He does incredible work, is super nice and charges a very fair price. A true testament to his quality of work has been using our steam shower and seeing how perfectly all the water runs to the drain. This is the second bathroom we have used him for and will never hire anyone else to do tile work for us. Cannot say enough good things about him or the quality of his work.
