We selected Hawk Property Developments to extend the second level of our house - above the garage to build a second master bedroom and full bathroom and add more space to our existing master bedroom. They also worked on a full update to the exterior front of our house from brick to stone/stucco. It was a very large and complex project, and we had an amazing experience with the team. Before we selected Hawk we had a horrible experience with another builder so we were really nervous about going through with this project again but when we met with Dane and his team, they gave us reassurance and confidence that it was something they could deliver. We are very pleased with the results and outcomes of the renovation, Hawk followed through on their promise and exceeded our expectations. Dane and team are hard working, honest and very professional. They walked us through the full process and gave us weekly updates on progress as we went through the project. I was impressed with their honesty and integrity when we ran into challenges and they made it feel smooth, giving us full support and guidance to address those challenges. We would highly recommend Hawk Property Developments Inc. to all of our friends and family. If you are looking for an honest and hard working team that delivers, then go with Hawk!

The team at Hawk did an amazing job, start to finish. The project finished mostly on time and mostly on budget and we are very happy with the finished product. Most of the trades and people working on the project were friendly, respectful and professionals. Shoutout to Leo for minding the guinea pig during a weekend away. There were bumps along the way but the team was open, collaborative and creative in how these bumps were addressed. Shoutout to Marcus who really was a wonderful partner during the entire process. The whole experience was very positive. Some areas for improvement: 1) CoConstruct - I still don't like this tool. It tracks information well but is often difficult to find things 2) Financials - everyone likes to track these things a little differently but there should be an tried and tested process to ensure it is clear on what $ amounts have been paid and what is outstanding. It felt like we needed to drive this at times but they were open to our needs and we feel like we got to a good place with it. 3) Communication - mostly good but at times we felt like things had to be communicated numerous times to different people in order to get things done. I can appreciate the complexity with managing communication on a project this size. For context, timeline for project was about 6 months. The true test of project like this is to ask yourself the question...would we use Hawk again? The answer to this is a resounding yes and we've already recommended them to friends/family who are considering projects. Great job and we appreciate everything you did for us - we're super happy and wish you well on future jobs.

We recently used Hawk Properties for our new office renovations. They managed to transform an empty space into a beautiful office. We were impressed with their professionalism and timeliness. We will be using Hawk Renovations for any renovations going forward.

Hawk Property Developments did a complete renovation in my house from top to bottom. They did a fantastic job and I am pleased with the results. One of the best things about this company is their communication with their clients. They keep you up to date and is easily accessible to answer any questions you may have. Dane, Larysa and all the Hawk crew executed a wonderful home renovation for our family in Lorne Park. The attention to detail was impressive and the project management skills were amazing especially during covid when supply issues were indeed a variable. When we wanted to expand the project, Dane was always able to accommodate and manage the updates seamlessly into the project without distribution. We have recommended Hawk Property already and will do so in the future without hesitation. Actually, Dane and Larysa did such a great job inside our home we are now working with them do update the backyard including restoring the concrete pool. Thanks so much. Steven

Hawk Property Developments were incredible! We have been through many construction and renovation projects in the past and this is the first time things were on time and within budget. Dane, Larysa and the whole team are very professional, responsive and credible. They dealt with any issues quickly and fairly. I would highly recommend them!

When we decided to build an addition during the pandemic, Hawk was an easy choice. We met with several contractors but immediately felt confident in Dane, and he and his team did not disappoint! The 3 month project was on budget and on time (there were a few small things that took longer than normal, but nothing that impacted us moving back in), and the team was just the best to work with. Communication and coordination really set Hawk above any other contractor we’ve worked with - you’re in great hands with Larysa! Everyone was great to work with - great people, early risers and a clean job site. The finished product is beautiful - they worked with us to make sure even the small details were to our expectations. We’re really happy with the space! Thank you, Dane & team!
