    Pleasant experience start to finish!

    My wife and I recently bought an old semi downtown and wanted to spruce things up before moving in.... we closed on the property and quickly realized that our ideas were beyond our capabilities. I did the usual search and vetted some trades that just felt a bit skeptical, Dane (Hawk properties) came to us through a friend/industry connection and we gave him a call. Within the first 30 minutes of meeting with him at our house I knew this was likely to be the team we were looking for. Within weeks we were off and running, kitchen, living room, master etc etc. The process went well from start to finish, always readily available when we had questions or concerns and we managed to get the reno done within our expectations and budget. I have since recommended Dane to a few friends as well. A refreshing experience compared some previous contractors I’ve had to work with.

    Main floor

    Floors, paint, counter tops and installation of new appliances and vanity's. Did the work quickly and was done well. Very transparent and walked us through all phases of the project. Very reliable.

    House renovation and building

    Home renovation : complete gut and build Hawk was outstanding ... communication with owner Dane was on point and his staff courteous and professional. The quality of work is great and timelines accurate. I have recommended Hawk to numerous people and they have all been very happy. Simply put ... they are one of the best

    Several jobs

    They were excellent. Always responsive, deliver high quality, and very friendly. I would highly recommend them!

    Full house Reno x2

    Used Hawk in 2016 when my wife and I bought our dream 1950’s built bungalow. The bones of the house were great it just needed a facelift. We knocked down walls and upgraded the entire place throughout. Our experience was so great, we used Hawk again when my parents home needed a makeover. The new kitchen left my mother in tears while I particularly loved the hand crafted custom solutions i.e. pass through kitchen bar, French closet doors that custom fit into an irregular dimensioned opening. Dane and Ozzy were great to deal with. Even though they are in high demand they always made us feel like we are their only clients. Highly recommended, we will be using them in the next 5 years for a complete tear down and rebuilt of our forever home.

    Kitchen and bedroom renovation

    Loved working with this company. Dane, our contractor was over the top! His guys would show up when he said they would, he was always available to response to a text or call and he was constantly in and out to oversee his guys! We were extremely pleased with the workmanship and would most definitely hire him again and would most definitely refer to anyone looking to do a renovation or a new build!

    Total home renovationAs

    As the general contractor Dane managed the job beautifully. He was very efficient and was able to resolve any problems very quickly and sometimes with imagination. The trades he uses are knowledgeable and experienced. Everyone was very easy to work with. The scope of the job was extensive but was finished on time and for the most part on budget. Any additional expenses were do to our decision to upgrade certain finishes. I would highly recommend Hawk Property Developments for any home renovations large or small.

    Kitchen renovation

    Dane and his team were fantastic! They build a brand new kitchen for me in my new build condo. He took the time to create amazing design ideas within my budget, and was accommodating to my changing of ideas along the way. The project was completed within the time frame given and to my absolute satisfaction, as well as remaining professional and respectful to my home along the whole renovation project. I would highly recommend hawk property developments to anyone who needs a renovation!

    Basement Reno with new kitchen and bathroom

    This company is very dedicated to the job . Workers where very knowledgeable, polite and accommodating to our requests. Work was finished on time and the work area was always left organized and clean.
