    Gas Fireplace Repair

    Our gas fireplace was not working consistently and we called Alex to fix it. He was tenacious in trying to find the cause of the issue and wouldn't give up. After a couple of hours of diagnostics, tearing apart the inside the fireplace moving to going outside of the house to inspect the venting, he found the issue and successfully fixed it. All this on a holiday! I thought for sure that the bill was going to be crazy, but he only charged for the service call and the part that needed to be replaced. Not only that, he helped me assess an issue with my refrigerator waterline and before he left, helped me put something heavy into my car. Alex is a wonderful technician and an honest man. I will absolutely use Alex again if needed and will 100% recommend him.

    Natural Gas Line for Fire Pit

    I contacted Alex looking to split my existing line and add a fire pit. Alex came and did a thorough inspection and concluded that the existing line would not support the gas fire pit. He was very detailed in his calculations and explained it thoroughly to me. He discussed various options in terms of how we could proceed, and even on the day of installation, he continued to check in with me around what would be the best solution. It took longer than anticipated, but the price remained the same. He was very professional, polite, and a pleasure to deal with.

    AC repair on a 17 year old unit

    ALP heating provided quick on site service, advice that weighed on the current status of the unit and my future plans. Very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. I would recommend using them for any AC and Heating related issues in your home.

    Air Dryer vent re-positioned.

    Alex did a great job re-positioning our dryer vent to a new location. He followed through with our request in a very timely manner. Before starting out he explained exactly what he was going to do.

    Gas line removal and cap.

    Alex is a true professional, he communicated timely and was punctual for our scheduled appointment. Job was done quickly and cleaned up the job site. I needed to cap a gas line feeding a gas fireplace. Gas line was on the exterior of home, he also removed existing gas line and disposed of it. Overall, very happy with the job and highly recommended.

    Gas line hookup for bbq

    Did a great job adjusting our outside gas line for a bbq hookup. Very responsive and efficient, I would recommend them!

    Gas Leak Assessed and Resolved

    I recently contacted Alex as I had a gas leak confirmed by the gas company that had to be assessed and fixed. Alex came immediately, was very easy to communicate with, and took the time to assess the issue and offer solutions. The service was great and reasonably priced. Alex was happy to help with any follow up questions after the service. Highly recommended.
