    Heat renovation

    Thorough work, great service

    Alex did a thorough job, took his time ensuring gas was working in the house and even brought extra shoes to keep my place clean. Would definitely call him back!

    Gas stove hook up

    Alex from ALP was excellent. Alex replied to the service request very promptly. He came on time as agreed to. Alex also ensured the stove was flush with the cabinets. I was very impressed with his level of detail and professionalism. I'd definitely hire him again.

    New Gas Stove Installation

    Alex did an excellent job setting up our new gas stove on very short notice after we were able to receive a delivery earlier than expected. This job included a range hood removal and installation of a new one with venting outside the home through a new duct in the cabinets. He also set up a new gas line with a clean connection through our unfinished basement ceiling into the main floor kitchen. Everything was up and running within a single day and we can’t wait to finally upgrade from electric cooking to gas cooking just in time for the holiday season. Thanks Alex!

    New Furnace

    Alex is very nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend him! He installed a new furnace and the price was very reasonable. The installation work was excellent and he was very thorough. Thank you Alex!

    Fast and courteous repair

    No heat call on our furnace at rental house. Alex came out same day (Saturday)for diagnostic , let us know the issue (damaged specialty fan/motor assembly) and let us know what rough cost would likely be to resolve on Monday morning when parts supplier was open. Found the one remaining part Monday morning in, travelled an hour or so each way to get it, and replaced everything by Monday about 1pm. Great communications and service. Reasonable labour costs, part was unfortunately more expensive than anticipated, but I didn’t get the sense there was an unexpected markup from the wholesaler’s sell price.

    One of the best in the biz

    I have used the services of myriad tradespeople before but I have never come across any as polite, prompt, and professional as Alex from ALP Heating. He fit me in for an assessment the same day, and he had my new furnace to install the very next morning. He was friendly, personable, and efficient . An absolute pleasure to have met Alex.

    Simply could not have asked for a better job.

    I was referred to ALP Heating company by a friend of mine who also happened to be a previous client. Alex delivered a lightning-quick service (within an hour of picking up the phone) to fix our furnace. He acted exceptionally courteously and professionally, pinpointed the issue with our heater and fixed it like magic. Simply could not have asked for a better job. Last summer, we had problems with AC that was not cooling our house enough (just blowing air). Alex also arrived very quickly and identified the problem and solved it by filling the gas and covering potential holes from inside with special equipment. Since then, AC has been working perfectly. Happy to have found a company that wasn't immediately trying to sell us something but actually working to save money to the customers and deliver excellent service.

    Gas line for Kitchen Cooktop

    Thank you Alex for installing the gas line and hooking up our new gas cooktop. Alex was professional and came just when we needed him. Our electric cooktop was broken and we needed to install a new gas type as soon as possible.

    Gas Line Installation for backyard kitchen

    Alex was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He was well priced, helpful and efficient in the installation of a new gas line to my backyard kitchen. He planned the work in a way to ensure I was able to make additions down the road and not have to rework any of the project. Highly recommend Alex for any HVAC work you have. Definitely will be using him again.
