    Shower Renovation

    Enkel was punctual, thorough, friendly and professional, with no last minute cost increases. He met acceptable cost, quality, and delivery throughout the project to the end. I would recommend him to anyone.

    bathroom reno and ceiling repair

    can’t say enough good things about 5 North Contracting. They were prompt efficient and went above and beyond for me. It was a little intimidating as a single female to embark on a renovation but I always felt like I was in good hands !

    Kitchen, Bathroom and Main floor renovations

    Enkel and team were very good to work with. We did the whole main floor, kitchen, powder room, two washrooms, stairs and painting the whole house. They were very honest with the timing and did not want to rush the job. They even provided suggestions which would help entrance the appeal of the house.Some delays were expected due to covid. Overall we are very satisfied with the final product and would recommend North 5 contracting to complete your renovations.

    Basement Renovation

    Enkel and his partner are great! They are professionals who provide exemplary customer care. From the first day meeting them, they gave a fair quote and made sure to figure out what we wanted so that they could meet our expectations. At the onset of the project, they arrived early and ready to work each day, and left each day clean. Enkel and his team also used high quality materials for a basement and reviewed the aesthetics with me. I am very satisfied with the work they did and am happy I found them! I definitely recommend North 5 to anyone looking. I wish I found them earlier to do work that was previously done on my place.

    Amazing work

    Service is incredible. Detailed and timely quote that was remarkably accurate. They were clean, super clean and friendly. Not only did they deliver but went above and added some nice touches. They gutted the washroom to stud and did a walk in shower, vanity and floors, painted etc. I felt the attention to detail was very good and Enkle was great about answering my sometimes silly questions. I highly highly recommend their work

    Renos to get ready to sell our condo

    Working with Enkel and his team was a pleasure. We needed to redo most of our kitchen, have some new flooring put in, and have the whole place painted. Enkel stayed on budget, and always showed up on time. Everyone on his team always cleaned up EVERYTHING when they were done for the day. Because of COVID restrictions we had to be in our condo while the renovations were being done, and Enkel made did his best not to inconvenience us. I highly recommend North 5 Construction

    Finished basement

    I really like their professionalism and workmanship. Enkel and Tony were very care full and courteous. They were always on time and always gave advance notice if no one coming to work. I would highly recommend them and would use their services again for any other renovations.

    Complete Bathroom Reno

    They did an amazing job. Listened to all the little details we wanted and communicated throughout the whole Reno process! Couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom!!

    Interior painting

    Enkel and his team delivered a superb service for interior painting. On time service, great communication, diligent work and reasonable costs. I couldn't recommend them more. If you are looking for painting services, look no further
