Reply created 24 Oct 2022Hello, thanks for the review, we really do apreciate the feedback on how we can improve. A recent project was just finished on Vancouver Island and we assume this review is in regards to this project. If so, we do acknowledge that we did experience several delays on this project and we do sincerly apologize for this. A mixture of delays in our technical department, the thrid party engineer, and the city permitting office lead to this project being delayed by roughly 10 months. In that time, prices of material sky rocketed so we had to increase the price by a relativly small amount compared to how much material costs increased. This goes against how we typically oeperate so we offered a full refund of your money if you decided to cancel. This is after we accrued costs for the engineering and permiting part of this project. At that point several customers cancelled and several proceeded. We even organized for another contractor to come in and do the drywall work. This was not in our orginal scope of work and we had you pay the drywaller seperatly so we had no mark up or charge for this service. Once the decision was made to proceed with Lumon after the permit was approved there were no delays on our end to the best of our understanding. If you see things differently and would like to discuss please call our office and speak with Ben, I would be happy to chat to see where we can improve further. In any case, we are thrilled that you like the quality of the product, loved our installers, and are enjoying the space.
