    Deep clean

    I have become physically immobile and we selected New Gen to clean our house so my wife doesnt have to.

    Amazing and Dependable Service

    NewGen Cleaning Services is my go-to for professional cleaning services that always leave me and my real estate clients smiling. This company goes above and beyond and their staff is consistently friendly, down-to-earth, and spectacular at what they do. Very accommodating and flexible, and can handle a wide variety of properties and service needs. I appreciate working with them over the past 7+ years.     Clean outs of home that are going on market for sale

    Have used this company for numerous clean out of homes going up for sale. Some have been estates , seniors moving into care homes and others that needed help cleaning their homes to remain on their own. The staff are always going above and beyond. Very caring and homes/ condos/ apartments are always spotless. I have used this company for the past three years and would highly recommend.

    Superintendent for Ledcor. Construction and final cleaning of job sote

    New Gen has been cleaning a very large (2.8 million square feet) construction site including all Covid cleaning requirements for myself and our team onsite for well over a year. Their rates are very competitive, their workers show up daily and on time and they do a very good job cleaning all areas that we request. Will definitely use them again I. The future.

    Daily Commercial Cleaning for Large Apartment Building

    NewGen Cleaning Services takes care of cleaning common areas every day in our large new apartment building, that includes hallways, garbage room, lobby, gym, lounge, and rooftop patio spaces. They assist with move-out cleanings between our tenants. They also offer private cleaning services in tenant-occupied apartments, with options for apartment cleaning on a regular basis or one-time-only. We are very happy with the services they offer, the excellent quality of work, and their friendly and helpful attitude. The approximate cost is $4000/month but varies based on the number of move-out cleanings.
