Strategic Homes Group did a full renovation of our main floor and a 3-bed 2-bath second storey addition. Raj was helpful from the planning stages through to completion and did the work at an affordable price with flexible payment options. We are thrilled with our home.

I had the pleasure of working with Raj and his team for the full "down to studs" tear down and rebuild of two of my bathrooms, including the Ensuite bathroom to my primary bedroom. Raj and his team delivered an exceptional experience, from the initial preliminary design scope visit and demo through through to the final mounting of the last towel fixtures. I appreciate the attention to detail his team showed on all elements of the job and Raj was fully responsive if any questions and or design changes arrose. The renno project remained on budget and was further enhanced from my initial plan following valueable feedback from Raj. I would certainly work with Strategic Homes Group again!

t is truly a pleasure to write a review for Strategic Homes Group team and Raj. We are one of many families on our street that have trusted our homes to Raj. Our project involved building two storey dream home with Second Basement rental unit with Walk out. Stripping our 2-room with a bathroom on Main floor with no second floor. In executing the work, Strategic Homes Group team took the time to reinforce studs, beams and joists on existing main floor and extending it, taking the time and effort to attend to the subfloor to prevent creaky floors. From structural work, to HVAC/insulation, to the last finishes, no short cuts were ever taken. we truly felt Raj and his team cared about the project as though it was their own house.We quickly came to trust Rajs judgment and suggestions. No challenge was seen as a problem. Raj was always ready with a pragmatic, professional solution at hand that enhanced the design of the project. His highly skilled and talented team were conscientious and meticulous in their work putting long hours to get the job done. We cannot thank you enough and would wholeheartedly recommend you to family, friends and strangers alike.

No need to look further. Strategic Homes Group exceeded my expectations. Strategic homes just finished building a beautiful Custom home for us. Strategic Homes Group Inc was one of the best contractors I've hired. Raj was curious patient and really wanted all my crazy ideas to come out in the most elegant way on the new addition and the main floor extension. Raj worked with our in house architect that rendered my vision perfectly. The work was done preciously as my vision. on time.

We hired Strategic Homes Group to add a second storey onto our bungalow, Underpin our basement with walkout and finishing. We first talked to Strategic Homes Group 3 years ago but determined we needed to save more money before proceeding. When we were finally ready, we were pleased to see they were still in business and thriving. We checked not only the references they gave us but went to see a few houses they were building in our area. You couldnt ask for a more dedicated, upbeat crew. Rain, snow or shine, they were at our place for 8 a.m. and worked hard all day. They were polite and would chat with us but not to the point of intrusiveness. Raj was our project manager and I was impressed by his meticulous attention to detail. He would show up on site every day and be able to tell us, with accuracy, what would be completed that day and in the days/weeks ahead. We also opted to use Strategic Homes Group for all the interior work as well. Using Strategic Homes Group discounts at various big name suppliers we paid direct to the suppliers saving money. As with any construction project, issues will crop up. Raj would always worked hard to come up with solutions to satisfy us and would also offer suggestions of how we could stay on budget. I found I never had to wait more than an hour or two for a response on the site but for must-know-now concerns or questions, you could always get a hold of Raj on cell. They deliver high-quality project on time. these guys are the best in the business at providing a detailed quote of what things cost. The price was exactly what we thought, no surprises. If you do make changes to your plan, you fill up a change request form and its added to your budget. Thanks to Raj and his team.
