    Roof repair

    We had a few shingles on our roof that required repair. Marcello came on short notice and even on a Sunday! The cost was slightly above the quote over the phone because the pitch of our roof was a little steeper. Overall excellent job and friendly service. Marcello was very knowledgable and experienced

    Solar vent installation

    Marcelo provided excellent customer service. He added six solar vents to our roof to improve air circulation. The job was scheduled within 24 hours of his first visit and completed in about 1 hour at our home. The solar vents look similar to the existing roof vents and operate from sun light. Very quiet too. Thanks again Marcelo!!

    Total exterior update including new eavestroughs with leaf guards, new soffit and fascia, new downspouts, custom re-surfacing above the garage, and new window/garage capping

    We were referred to MCBM through our electrician and within a couple of days of reaching out, the owner Marcelo was at our house excitedly discussing options and the scope of our job. From the very beginning it was clear Marcelo was careful to balance our goal to contemporize the look of our house with the most efficient and cost effective options to also insure we would get the best out of all the new components we wanted to install. From demotion to final capping of the exterior, the entire team at MCBM was an absolute pleasure to work with, making sound suggestions along the way and always striving to ensure we were more than satisfied. The attention to detail was well beyond our expectations considering we were overhauling a significant portion of our home exterior, using different colours and materials. In the end, we could not be happier or more impressed with the final product. MCBM is built with a single purpose to deliver phenomenal results to customers, but it is the quality of the team of people Marcelo has surrounded himself with that makes it possible. We would emphatically, and unreservedly recommend MCBM to anyone considering using their services for any home improvements.

    Re roofing

    The owner was very personable willing to answer all of my questions and concerns and passionate about his work. . The team of workers worked hard all day and did a great job. Overall I am happy with the re roofing work that was done and would recommend this company and the team to anyone looking to get this type of work done.

    Marcelo and his team are amazing

    New roof shingles

    Professional, On time, organized, safe, tidy, completed work within one day. Removed 2 layers of shingles and installed new shingles

    Roof repair

    They replaced our roof which was in really bad shape. Excellent experience the whole way! Marcelo and Carolina are wonderful people. The workmanship was top notch. Installation was excellent and clean up even better. They swept the entire perimeter of our house, the front porch AND our deck! Super happy. Definitely recommend!

    Marcelo is great to work with

    Marcelo is a great guy to work with. He took the time to explain everything and he and his crew even came out in the rain to finish the job on time. He goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy and he takes pride in his work. You won’t go wrong with him. Highly recommend!
