    Roof inspection: Composition / asphalt shingles; 2 stories
    I had serious problems with raccoons tearing up my roof due to an old tv antenna next door that they were climbing. Marcelo and his team were so quick to inspect and repair. They even took down neighbours antenna with his approval! I will be calling them again to do other services for me! I highly recommend this company for anything! We finally decided to change to a metal roof since raccoons were returning and damaging. I absolutely LOVE the roof! Marcelo and his te are incredible! I recommend this company to anyone looking for work done I’m getting him back for new deck! Trust them completely - honest and fair❤️

    Responsive, professional and stuck to their word both in timing, clean up and scope. Would recommend 10/10. I’ve included some pre and post photos as well to show the work.     I had a great experience with MCBM Roofing Services. The owner Marcelo Sosa is very professional, hands on and approachable. His roofing team Daivin and Eduardo were friendly and took care of the work efficiently. Before and after pictures are provided to be able to see the roofing issues requiring repair, then confirm the quality of the repairs done afterward. i will definitely use MCBM again when the need arises.

    Install Metal Gutters
    The gutter is leaking during rain and in the winter the leaked water freezes between gutter, soffits and fascia. It may cause damage to the roof. JUL 21th 2025: It has nothing t do with the roof. Look how water is not going down from spout. The slope is not right, you sent a few novice and they destroyed my house. It does neither work in winter nor in summer . Stop making excuses and come and fix it.

    Unfortunately the leaking is very minimum i make 2 inspection at your house myself and I recommend to install dripedge because your shingles was install whit no proper overhead of all minimum of 1,5 " .. my service and my installation was 100% done ✔️ Right.. please next time before making any review about MCBM take my advice and be honest your self...     Marcelo was great to deal with. From initial communication to completion of project in less than 24hours!! His quote was reasonable and the work completed as promised. Would highly recommend!

    I hired them to remove snow from a rental property. Marcello was great with the communication. He did the job on the day and time as discussed so would definitely recommend him.

    Marcelo gave us an estimate for clearing the snow from our roof. He and his crew arrived on schedule. They worked hard all day and accomplished what was required. The invoice arrived as quoted. I would certainly work with MCBM again. Morrie
