I contacted Toronto Electric after being given what I felt was an extremely pricey quote for the repair of an outdoor outlet by the company that had originally installed it. I dealt with Craig and was impressed by him throughout the process. The appointment was made within a very reasonable time frame; he arrived promptly at the agreed upon appointment time; the outlet was quickly repaired; and the cost was substantially lower than what I had been quoted by the original installer.

I came to HomeStars and added a work order involving an electrician to which Toronto Electric responded with specific details on how to get the work done and the cost. The electrician responded to all my queries right away and did the job as he said he would. Overall, I had a very good experience with Toronto Electric and would recommend their services. Thank you!

Recently had them in to upgrade our electrical service and panel. Asked all of the right questions, gave a fair quote and delivered on time and on budget. Communication was excellent throughout, no surprises. Explained all the work that needed to be done and each step along the permit process. Very respectful around all COVID protocols. Would highly recommend.

When Abdul came by he was great... even when he struggled with an outlet at the back of the house that had rusted to the house after 12+ years.

I saw Hakim's number in a group where electricity issue was being discussed, I realised a had a faulty furnace that was o long supplying heat. I copied the number and gave him a call; dude was prompt, meticulously fixed the problem in good time and at a reasonable price. He Lso helped out with other minor electrical issue in the house that needed fixing. Hakim is efficient, honest and a thorough professional. I highly recommend him. Hakim is your surgeon-General for all your electrical operations.

Abdul did a great job, everything was done quicker than I expected and with no issues. Would recommend them and go with them again next time I need electrical work.

Abdul responded very quickly to my request for work on HomeStars. He asked good questions to help me focus my requirements, and then submitted a proposal much cheaper than the 3 other contractors who responded. When the work actually started, Abdul worked very efficiently. Then we ran into a problem: the potlights we had pre-purchased were not the same size as the potlights they were replacing that were of non-standard size. Abdul handled this information much better than I did; but we were able to work out strategies to deal with the setback.

Hired Toronto Electric to replace a broken light switch on the wall. They resounded promptly to messages, arrived on time and did a good job. Would hire them again.

Hakim promptly responded to my request and arrived early the following morning. He's very thorough and willing to listen. I will hire him again soon to install some security cameras. For safety reasons Toronto Hydro cut my power before the electrician arrived...therefore the cost included the ESA inspector's visit.
