    Highly Recommend Wellington Windows and Doors!

    Wellington Windows and Doors is fantastic! Were in the Kitchener area and had two large windows and a windowed door replaced. Jon, Jody, and the team were great to work withprofessional, friendly, and efficient. Pricing was competitive, and the quality is outstanding. The transformation is incredible, and our home looks brighter and more modern. My sister and friends have also used Wellington Windows and Doors for new windows and loved them too. Highly recommend!

    house from 1800's

    Unbelievable workmanship from start to finish. Exceptional work and service, 25 windows which were difficult on a 4 story house. Best window company in Ontario Thank you Thank you Thank you

    Great experience

    We had some negative experiences with other contractors and trades people over the years, so I was kind of dreading getting our windows replaced. However, Wellington Windows was great to work with. John was polite, helpful, professional, and their work is top notch. I would definitely recommend them.

    Great Windows and Doors

    Over a year ago, we realized that we needed new windows. We moved into this house about 10 years ago, but now the windows were clearly deteriorating, fogging up, and becoming cloudy between the panes during cooler weather. We were reluctant to start the process because it seemed so complicated, overwhelming, and expensive, but finally decided that it needed be done. We found Wellington Windows and were immediately impressed with how they do business. They were straightforward and honest with their quote and all throughout the ordering process, so we decided to go with them. Were glad we did. The installation team was incredibly professional and efficient. They got everything installed and ready on time and cleaned up so thoroughly youd never know they were there. The transformation is remarkable. Our house is much more comfortable and the new windows look great too.

    Window Replacement

    John and the crew from Wellington windows did an amazing job replacing all of our windows. We are so happy with the quality of the windows and fantastic workmanship. Our new windows not only look amazing but they keep the heat in and noise from the train that runs behind our home to a minimum. Thank you John and to the amazing installers who worked on our home.     Very Helpful and Professional Window Installers

    Ilja and the team came to install new windows in our 95-year-old home last week. They were incredibly professional at every step, ensuring that they cleaned up after themselves and making sure that the house was safe and secure the whole time, even while they were working. I was home with my four-year-old at the time and they didnt inconvenience us at all. The whole team was so incredibly helpful, even assisting us with the process of filing for the rebates wed get for putting in new energy efficient windows. This was greatly appreciated. We love the work theyve done. The windows look great and the house is so much warmer with new windows. We give them top marks without any hesitation.

    Polite and Helpful

    One thing that really impressed me with Wellington is that they didnt try to sell us on anything. There were no pitches or high pressure tactics. They listened to what we wanted, gave us some recommendations, and then let us think about what we wanted to do. They helped us with selecting the design of the doors, making sure we got exactly what we were looking for, but they didnt pressure us into anything, which was very much appreciated. We always felt in control the entire time but we also felt supported by their expertise and assistance. The service was excellent overall and the doors they installed look great.

    Great Job with Picture and Awning Windows in Living Room and Kitchen

    We contacted Wellington Windows to ask about having them install picture windows in our living room and awning windows in our kitchen. We spoke to John, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Him and and his team stayed in constant contact with us throughout the process to keep us informed. There was a delay from the manufacturer at one point, but they made sure we knew right away and then adjusted the schedule to make sure installation still happened on time. The windows look great and we cant say enough good things about the installers. They were kind, professional, and took time to explain all the details to us at every step. This is a very trustworthy company and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

    New windows

    John and the whole company are amazing. From the consultation through the whole process they kept us informed and great customer service. Installation crew were neat, tidy and friendly. Windows amazing quality and such an improvement. Highly highly recomend.
