    Home Inspection

    We are looking at buying a 25-30 year old home and wanted an inspection done before shelling out 740000.00. Kris was very thorough and explained every step of the process. The report was easy to read and understood.

    Very thorough and knowledgeable

    Kris was very professional and took the time to go through his findings and answer questions in a clear and concise manner. The inspection was very thorough but also provided context as to how serious deficiencies were and allow us to plan the best way to address them. I would highly recommend Kris to anyone needing a home inspection.

    Women & Children’s Shelter of Barrie

    Not only did Kris provide such a thorough and detailed report, he was prompt, professional and took the time to go over all areas of our purchase to ensure confidence and be prepared financially for immediate and future home repairs. The Women & Children’s Shelter of Barrie provides refuge and services for women and their children experiencing violence and we deeply rely on donations and community support. Kris provided this service free of charge. We would absolutely recommend Kris.

    Townhome Inspection

    Great company with a very ethical owner

    From my initial call, Kris was very informative & fully transparent. I trusted him over-the-phone. During the inspection, he was thorough, thoughtfully and respectful. He did not hide any unfavourable news and was transparent. A very honest guy, I will definitely recommend Kris & Legacy to my family and friends.
