    Dishwasher

    The technician did not install the dishwasher as I had taken it out to do the troubleshooting for the insurance company

    LG fridge repair

    Fridge stopped cooling so ICare came over through referral from LG customer call centre. Ali was very professional, arrived on time, completely the work diligently and got the fridge working again. I paid a flat fee through LG's out of warranty program.

    LG refrigerator repair

    The service was efficient - the customer rep arranged for service call. Then the technician was very knowledgeable. Cost was also minimal with the replacement of the compressor, as we opted for the no-worry flat rate. Thank you for the excellent service.

    Great service. Polite and professional

    A great company to work with. They are reliable and professional. Workmanship is great. Yan was polite and very knowledgeable and competent. I would use this company again! ( I hope I dont need to! )

    IKEA oven repair

    Oven stopped working but still under warranty. Technicians were able to determine the cause, ordered the parts and were able to return, repair and clean up in less than a half hour. Well done!

    LG Refrigerator Repair

    The repair was arranged through LG after-warranty service - it took a little bit to get someone out (I contacted iCare to see if I could get an earlier appointment but they politely told me they were overbooked though I do recognize that it was the weekend., to be fair) but they were respectful of my availability on the day of repair. The repair person (Ali) was professional and polite and took his time to make sure the job was done right. Overall everyone was polite and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others (in fact I already have!)
