    Replace refrigerator compressor

    The repair is very timely and well done. It is great to see the fridge working again. I make the service order via the LG website which offers a very reasonable fixed price including parts and labour. Thank you.

    3 Visits to fix LG Dishwasher and still not resolved.

    They came for warranty service, the first person who visited Ali was great, the second person came to visit without the parts and ended up doing a second inspection that just wasted my time and probably somebody else service time slot. Called the office and the receptionist (lady), apologized for the confusion and ensured they came the next morning to resolve the issue with the parts. They arrived for the third time with the parts, replaced them, and part of the problem is still there, only half-fixed. They needed to send two technicians and received a call to schedule the next appointment. The person was not understanding that the time slot was on a Monday was not working and threatened to give the service call back to LG which would delay it for weeks if I did not agree to the time slot. Later found out that it was the owner Stan that I was speaking with. Also found out that this is exactly what he did. He flips the story and says I'm rude for rescheduling an appointment. Because every time they provide a 2 hour window, they come 15 - 30 mins before the end of the window and then take another 2 hours. Which I've accommodated on the last 3 visits, but was not able to do this time and needed another day. If you ever have to deal with them, just ensure you interact with Ali and the receptionist not Stan. Every company is only as good as some of its employees, better dealing with the good employees than the bad ones, even if one of them happens to be the owner.

You have the right to be upset that this repair has taken longer and for that we repeatedly apologized. We do try to accommodate every client, we go above and beyond to ensure jobs are completed as fast as possible. When we called on Sunday to confirm your 2 hour window for Monday, you became rude and abusive because you were not okay with our technicians taking time to repair your appliance even though the technicians do arrive within the allocated time frame, as you mentioned above. You kept calling our team member "slow in the head" even after he asked you to please stop using abusive language. You kept saying things like "why cant you get it through your thick head", even though our team member has tried to diffuse the situation. Our team member has advised you that shall you continue to use abusive language, you will leave us no choice but to ask LG to reassign your job to another servicer, but that just enraged you even further. While we do understand your frustration with this repair, we believe we all need to treat each other with respect. We hope you have better experience elsewhere.

    They were the only ones who knew how to fix my Fridge

    We were under warranty for our Amana Whirlpool Fridge. Our fridge had water leaks and was creating ice ice sheets inside freezer.Whirlpool sent two other companies and both did not actually open the fridge components to find out what's wrong. Finally Ian from Icare told us to defrost the fridge for 24hrs first so he can open up the fridge components. He than showed us the fan motor was not working. He fixed it and problem solved. Fridge works fine now.

    Amazing customer service

    Amazing , professional. Knowledgeable. Vlad , Sabrina and Lisa are amazing. The whole experience from calling in to speaking to Sabrina or Lisa was amazing. Vlad knew exactly what the problem was and gave his expert advice. He was respectful and knew exactly how to take care of the problem and fix the laundry machine in a timely manner. I Already booking them for my other properties to fix things.

    A Portable Air Conditioning Unit

    They pick up the phone every time I call. They set up an appointment to come to my home to repair my unit on the next day. They communicate with me right away about the timing of technician. The technician has very high experience and can explain a few similar cases to ensure that I understand what it will be involved. The home office is so supportive as they explained very clear about steps, procedures, and time of ordering parts. They are very patient and accommodate all your inquiries. At the end, they provided the best alternative solution and they act upon it right away after agreeing. This is absolutely creating a win-win situation to all parties involved - owner, repairer, warranter, and manufacturer. Most importantly, they act promptly and educate me. Therefore, it is quick and I did learn in case of the future needs.

    ICARE WAS GREAT TO DEAL WIRG

    I dealt with ICARE to service an appliance I purchased From the time I called , to the professional technician and the follow up, ICARE is a GREAT company to deal with I would highly recommend them

    Range Stove repair

    My Range required a new Mother Board that was repaired under warranty by I Care appliance. This company certainly knows what they are doing, very professional. Service man Vlad provided excellent service. Would highly recommend.
