Sam is very honest, knowledgeable and efficient. Fixed our whirlpool dryer and answered all our questions. Cost to repair the dryer was very reasonable. He even answered questions we had on our washer at no extra cost. With Sam it’s not just about the money as he offers advice on how to do repairs on your own. Highly recommend Sam.

Sam was very courteous and and punctual. After he examined my fridge that wasn't cooling down, he was very honest with me and said I should consider replacing my fridge rather than trying to fix it. The repair was going to be quite expensive and spening that much money in a 10 year old fridge didn't make sense. Before he left, he offered free advice on any of my appliances and told me I could call him anytime free of charge. I would definitely recommend Sam to anyone looking for an appliance repair man

Our washer's rubber door seal diaphragm got damaged and had to be replaced as the water was leaking through it. North Appliance Service was one of the first companies to respond to the request and gave us a very competitive quote. It was extremely easy to communicate while explaining what the issue was and to book an appointment. Practically 48 hours later our washer is fixed (the part was in stock). Sam is a very friendly, courteous and professional individual, has done the job quickly, explained everything, offered to answer any questions we may have about any of our appliances, and left the work area clean. We are extremely satisfied with the service Sam has provided and will definitely contact this company if we need any appliance repairs in the future, and will suggest to friends, relatives and anyone who may ask. From the time I requested a quote and information to the time the technician left, everything was professional and quality driven. Organized process, showed up when they said, indoor shoes and COVID prepared. Yufie explained the issue, fixed the problem and provided some helpful preventative measures. Spoke with Sam on the phone, and gave him a verbal description of what we observed, so he could preliminarily diagnose the problem, and prepare what to bring, before he came to fix the leak for us. Sam showed up as expected, and within an hour, he was able to locate & fix the leaking problem. He explained the problem to us in details. Sam is very professional, honest and dedicated. We could tell he takes pride in his work. We would recommend him to all our friends without any reservation.

Sam was able to source my sump and motor system within a week or so which the previous appliance repair company was not able to deliver after we have waited for 4.50 months. Sam kept us in the loop and when the delivery of the part was delayed , Sam promptly advised us of the delay. He was able to get the part shortly and he was prompt in coming by our home to fix it. I am very pleased with his work and he will be coming by the next time to fix a problem I have with my laundry machine. I would recommended his services to anyone who require repairs on their appliances. Appreciate his honesty and his service was reasonably priced.

Sam did a great job. Very honest, quick service and reasonable rates. He looked at a washer in a rental unit and was able to determine that the washer had no issues at all. Was also very flexible with timing.
